So the new neighborhood or I call it business retail area actually we only have one lot? aw for some reason I was expecting possible new places to live a long with having a bakery nearby etc,etc I guess my invision was way off lol. I do love the ep overall & have had a blast with being able to join my sim at his job & guide him along the way of his career it's been awesome!

You can make all 4 residential if you want.

The thing is I'm not a builder...in s2/s3 at least we had option's from the library to add lot's and houses already built in the game just plop them down...in s4 we have premade room's etc,etc that we have to built & put together ourselves *sigh* it's really frustrating for me since I don't have the eye or the hand for building.
