Male sim pregnant!!!

I am playing a family of a mother, father and daughter. The husband got his wife pregnant and she's expecting. The next day I get "Eating for two" message and it says Logan is expecting. I have no pregnancy mods installed besides the 'pregnancy scan' and 'pregnancy terminator' ones. He is an astronaut but i thought they couldn't get abducted until Tuesday. This happened to anyone else who doesn't have the babies for everyone mod? I know I don't and I'm not losing my mind.

You not only have mods, but pregnancy mods. A huge number of mods went beserk after the lastest patch.

Remove all mods. This pregnancy will likely carry out, but no more will happen.

Meanwhile, go to ModTheSims and see which mods are outdated.

I have mods, but I don't have the pregnancy mods. I removed those long ago. I don't have babies for everyone. I only have the scan that checks for pregnancy and what sex.

Just remove the mods and wait for them to get updated before putting them back in your game. Since the game updated a few days ago, the mods will be out of date and messing up your game.
