Possible Laptops: Which is most suitable?

Hello :) I would really appreciate input on a couple of laptops I've been considering. It would be really useful if anyone could give me their thoughts on which laptop they think would play the Sims 4 (and possibly 3 ;)) the best. The first is the HP Envy 15-k207na. On paper, it looks the best, but I've never had an HP before so I'm a tad wary. These are the specs:

    Next is the Toshiba Satellite L50t-B-13G Laptop, I realise this isn't as good as the HP (on paper) but it's cheaper and my gosh that helps! ;) If it could happily run Sims 4 I would take it! Here are the specs:

    note the default for UK laptops is 4gb of ram no clue as to why since the US default is 8gb for the same company, so for sure if you consider bump up to eight
