      It's unknown if they'll get sick. They said sims do get sick but just order medicine or use herbal remedies/sleep etc.

      All sims can get sick, but you can only go to the hospital if you are pregnant. When you are a doctor, you treat NPCs.

      The doctor trailer and blog showed child sims getting sick so I assume so, but it could have just been staged.
