I made this just to be my judging headshot for drama, but here's the before and after. Also, does anyone have any ideas of how to make the glove more realistic?

The best advice is to look at real gloves and try your best to copy their likeness. The biggest difference is shading. Making sure to have all those little wrinkles and creases where they should be. I like to use the lasso tool and shade against the edge to give crisp edges. That's what I did when I drew the shirt for Sensation bodyshot...
For the gloves I'd definitely shade a bit more and make some parts darker. Also, the hand is looking a bit flat since I believe you forgot to shade the knuckles and where the fingers separate, which kinda makes them look stubby

I do use that method of putting pictures together to make one overall bigger one, but whenever i take my screenshots nothing ever seems to line up and there'll be parts bigger than others like waht am i doing wrong
EEK Thankyou! Yeaaaah I get that a boatload too Weird perspectives n' stuff! I just make sure to overlap the second panel onto the first a little more than it lines up, then go at it with a soft-brush eraser. Works a dream you wouldn't believe!
