    A town full of Sims needs you

    The people of Riverview are Ralling up against the town coucil.
    Who refuse to expand the town dispite its vast growth in population.
    Which has just had a load of imagrant fairs set up home on the island.

    The towns residents would like to see more community lesure and recreational lots, some shops, restruants,bars and owner occupier business

    SO if you think your the builder for the job please get creative!

    CLOSING DATE 30th 4th 2015 (this maybe extended if need arises)

    RULES for this Competition

    1; All creations must be newly uploaded for this competition.
    2; NO CC so please double check.
    3; All EP's and SP's maybe used.
    4; EA sims3 Store items are allowed.
    5; No doc pepper or other items of that type.
    6; You may enter in any of the entry types, But only once in each.
    7; Please complete the exchange information adding your username (it helps the judges).
    8; Please add (contains spawners) to entry info, if you use them.
    10; Only 5 pictures, but you may give a link to more.
    11; Play test your lot before uploading (if judges find routing issues points will be deducted)
    12; Be kind to your fellow simmers taking part in this competition.
    13; you can use other servers for links to extra phot's.
    14; you may if issues with the exchange use Mediafire for your entries dl.
    15;Fun fun and be very creative.

      all lots listed are for example, so if your creative lot idea fits into one of the entry types (1 to 13).
      dont let the list hold you back.

      1; Outdoor Lots (parks, nature reserves, gardens, fishingspots, beaches, camp sites, arena's, feastival grounds, play gounds & sport feilds).

      2; Cover up or Build around EA rabbit hole lots.(non active play).

      3; Redevelopement and improvement of EA community lots (sim active play).

      4; Shops of any description.

      5; Gyms, Indoor sports halls, Play centers, spa'sand swimming pools.

      6; Watering holes, pubs, bars and clubs.

      7; cafes, coffee shops, bakeries and restuarants.

      8; Community lots like libraries, galleries, Museums and so on.

      9; Ownable business with residents attached.

      10; Cinema, theatre and live show lots.

      = the creation so faulty that its unplayable.

      The questions =
      Q1) I had a question about THIS contest....
      this building contest is for the same town that that the fairy contest was for.
      I am assuming that the builds for this contest should be either for fairies or at least fairy friendly?
      or am I misunderstanding?

      Q2) I don't have sims4 so unable to judge interest in a contest by those who do have it.
      Obviously if there is interest I hope everyone has a blast.
      My not taking part in it if it happens is merely because I don't have the game.

      Answer is =
      Q1. yes it is the same world, but its upto you whether the community lots are fairy based or not.
      Theres still some lots on the island if you wish to do fairy community lots. Other wise the lots will be on the main land of River view.

      Q2. thats perfectly fine, Im just testing the water.
      I will still be running sim3 comps as that the moment sims4 is very limited.

      The question = Correct me if I'm wrong, but a business with attached residence is just a residential lot with business items on it, right? o.o
      And do plants from buydebug count as spawners?

      Answer is = yes however in order for it to work properly it will need the public room marker from buydebug.

      The question = why dont you allow cc

      Answer = I dont have any cc in my game because
      as it kept the game free from cc keep my game free from lag .
      Plus saves me from the relentless removing and updating with every ep sp and all of ea updates/patches.

      Your not limited with EPs SPs as i have them all.
      plus I have 98 pessent if not more of the sims3 store items and sets.

      The Question = What exactly do you mean by "non-active play" and "active play" when building/changing existing lots? Running some ideas through my head, and want to be sure I stay within the contest rules!

      Answer = Non active play EA lots like the rabbit holes an others where you cant see your sim or directly control them.

      Active play EA lots are ones you can both see and control your sims and maybe even own.

      Ooh! This looks like fun, dear. I happen to have an idea for a library that I want to try and build and was considering doing it in Riverview anyway, so if I can get that going and built/tested, I could definitely enter it.

I decided to use the rather small lot the existing library is on to challenge myself, space-wise, rather than go with something overly extravagant in size.       Hello @adeade45 :) I know that because you are not a member yet you are unable to post pictures. Simmers are unable to see the media tab of other simmers. We can only see our own media tab pictures. We are unable to see your pictures of your gym that are in your studio. I am sorry. Could you perhaps post the pictures another way?
