Cant travle to the juice bar with sim

I have just had this happen today with the sims 4. I was trying to get my sim to the juice bar by using the phone,the screen for travling just keeps trying to load and did that for half an hour. In the end I had to do CTRL-ALT-DEL and shut the game down with task manager.
Could someone at EA please fix this. Thanks.
