How do you use and activate the script mods to spawn fire?

Using this mod: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=532735
Make sure you have script mods enabled in game options (under other)
Shift+Click on the ground you wish to start a fire and go through the pie menu until you see "DEBUG Spawn Fire"

so you just download
and you just put it in the mods folder unextracted
or.. what?

@Dariu Yup! Make sure not to extract it though with 7zip or WinRar, as it won't work if you do. Then just place it in your Sims 4 mods folder. To test it after you download it, just type "testingcheats true" and try shift clicking things to see if you have the debug options.
