Thank you! I love these challenges because building is my favorite thing to do in the Sims, has been since the Sims 1, and the prompts are so fun

@FrankieDanySIMS I was having some issues a year or so ago, and one of my building heroes suggested I try saving with it off and it solved most of my problems. So, now it's just my S.O.P. I also say on my Forum profile that I try to make sure that you won't need MOO to place my builds, and I like to honor that. I don't want people to have to, unless absolutely necessary. MOO seems to upset some people, for whatever reason.
Thanks @Taoron I also, as you, care about moveobjects not be put on by downloaders...
I can tell you at least a reason why MOO upsets some:
I play Sims4 now on PC but I was (and sometimes I still am) playing on PS4 🎮 and the "trick users" are punished by "no more PS4 trophies gained" so that can be a matter
(I used them and got the punishment 😕 🏆 ).
For the PC ones I guess some people do not want to use tricks too for other reasons.
Japanese Anime Bedroom is a very nice Japanese style bedroom to enjoy staying in when vacationing in Mt. Komorebi! @luckyheather The anime and other types of Japanese wallart on the walls through the room looks great! The black and white colour scheme with touches of red is very nice! The wall pattern is very nice. It looks very stylish the way you have placed the chains either sides of the wallart on the bedhead wall! The Asian style lantern ceiling lights, the lanterns on the bedside tables and on the walls, the lanterns either sides of the fireplace and the red and white lights on the flooring either sides of the bed are all very pretty! The new fireplace is very nice to keep the room warm. The bonsai plants on the table at the foot of the bed is pretty and is a nice touch of red to complement with the black and white color scheme. The snowboard on the red mat will be great for sims to to use when they go snowboarding! Very nice study desk corner nook for sims to enjoy being in contact with family and friends back home through the computer or enjoy sitting there or on the comfortable chair in the other corner reading books from the bookshelf on the desk. The patterned flooring is very nice. Very nice dressing area! The clothes and linen cabinet and the clothes on the slats wall look great! The red blossom flower is pretty! Sims will like to use the mirror to check their appearance before going outdoors.
It is a very stylishly nice Japanese bedroom! Thankyou very much for entering this week’s challenge!
Hey @rosemow ! It's been a while! I miss participating in this challenge.
Nevertheless, here is my submission for this week! I don't own the new pack yet, but I do have fun creating this room.
I would like to extend a special thanks to those who provide tips on how to save room with platforms! You guys are amazing!
If I could also share a tip... say if you want something unique for art decor, you could have a mural painting (comes with CL) to provide an interesting wall centrepiece!
Thank you @rosemow for that amazing review of the Anime bedroom I had a lot of fun with it and I wanted to use those chains for something decorative, I am pleased you like the result. Thank you for the great challenge.
Chiharu Bedroom is a lovely Japanese bedroom! @xamira99 The design, sunken layout using the platform tool and the Japanese themed furnishings are very nice! The colours are warm, sunny and lovely! Yeah. If a user is inexperienced with it, they (we) can tend to get a little crazy with it and miss things that end up looking wonky. Overlapping items with have a weird shift in them when you move or mouse around the room, if you don't check your MOO items, things can simply disappear when the user downloads them, if they don't know to use MOO,. I have seen some folks demand that zero MOO gets used in their builds, but I suspect that they just had bad experiences with inexperienced users, because for my part, not using it at all, also can make a home look.....stale, I guess. Everything is on a grid and there's no life in the home. If used properly, and checked, it can really make a house or build a lot prettier.
I saw a wonderful post about baking yesterday, that made me laugh and think of MOO.
