I am allergic to zucchini so no. Pretty sure I wouldn't care for them anyway because zucchini gets mushy and watery with the slightest cooking.
I do like chickpea spaghetti, and either soy shirataki noodles or a brand called "miracle noodle" that is made with konjac flour and yam. Have to avoid much soy though, for medical reasons.
