I changed my avi because I STILL have never found anyone who knows how or why the engagement ring would glow like a lit candle like that, and it never happened before or since, even though I tried to reproduce the effect many times in the game. I actually sort of do. Because the first time I met the hubs, it was just a quick hello because we knew some of the same people, but I remember thinking he was really nice, and easy on the eyes, too. Then the next time I saw him, he had come knocking, asking if so-and-so was there, and I said no, and expected that to be the end of it. I had dough rising and was busy. But he just stood there, so my upbringing kicked in, and I asked him in, served coffee, and he was such pleasant company I was half-flustered when I had to punch down the dough for a second rise. He just smiled, looked like he would stay there til that bread came out of the oven! He wasn't gonna leave!
And his company was so pleasant, I started getting nervous. He had such gorgeous eyes, smiling at me, I almost couldn't look at him after a bit. He let me refill his cup a couple of times and I had to hint that it was getting late, not because I wanted him to leave, but because I didn't. We laugh about it now...he says of COURSE he would have stayed for some of that bread, if I had let him!
It took a while, and each of us getting to be available again (because neither one of us is the cheating kind) and getting over a lot of fear of rejection, but when we finally made it back around to each other, the rest was history, and the best years of my life literally started when it became OUR life. It was worth the wait.
So I do believe that two people can recognize each other, pretty much from the beginning.

No, I don't believe in it. I do believe there could be some "spark" between two people when they first meet but I think they would not be in love right on the spot.

I'm not adventurous at all so the only thing I can think of is a peanut butter and brown sugar sandwich, and plain potato chips (crisps) with chocolate ice cream. Yeah, that's the best I've got.
