Bringing SimCity Societies elements and concepts into TS4 EPs

Each theme of the well known SimCity spin-off could inspire an expansion pack for The Sims 4, for a total of 9 EPs.
For example, the industrial theme could inspire a TS4 EP called Ghetto Life, with 50's-gangster themed home stuff and clothes, the possibility to make an apartment lot, as in TS2: Apartment Life, and a slum themed scenario called Rocabilly City, and other types of lot such as cinema, casino and ... umm ... a construction site? Or a landfill zone, maybe.
And the fun city theme could inspire an EP all about children and their hobbies, with gingerbread homes, carousels and all. And child friendly lot types such as Fun Fairs and Water Parks. I used to like the Cottage, but I couldn't create one in TS4 because there's no possibility to create rounded walls and roofs. Rounded terraces, but no walls and roofs. Nonsense.
At the moment, I have no specific ideas for a whole EP, but then again SimCity Societies was one of the most imaginative games EA ever made, and the possibilities are really endless if you merge the two games in one.
