The layout of 318 Rosewood Lane looks very nice ! It is great that there are four levels in the home, as well as a nice porch area for outdoors dining and relaxing in the hot tub. Very nice design of each level of the home! The ladybug floor rug in the kids room is cute! Very nice open plan living, dining and kitchen areas.

The makeover of the shell is very nice! It looks great! Very nice backyard outdoors living, dining, kids play, and pool patio areas! The sunken dining area is a special touch in the build. Very nice upper balcony games and gym area.Sims will have fun playing games there and will like using the fitness equipment to keep fit. Sims will enjoy spending time outdoors at their home! Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The sunken living room looks great! Sims will enjoy watching tv there. The wall textures in the dining area and the square panels on the wall look very nice and effective. The fish are a nice touch on the bar counter wall. It is a great idea to have a combined laundry and garage. It looks great that the laundry nook is as sims enter the garage, then sims go down to access their car.

Base Game Modern is a very nice home! It is great that it only uses base game items! Very nice plants edged pool and outdoors dining back patio. Sims will enjoy eating meals outdoors there and kids will have fun playing on the monkey bars. Very nice layout of the interior of the home! The green colour scheme of the dining room walls and dining chairs looks nice and Springtime themed, and sims would enjoy the sunshine coming in through the windows. It looks great the way the bookcases nooks have been used to separate off the living room area.

Very nice layout and design of 329 Centennial Drive! The slat roofing entrance nook looks great! Very nice garden nook in the front area of the build. The outdoors dining area is very nice! The flowers and plants on the edges of the area look very pretty! It is a very nice setting for cooking on the bbq and eating the meals at the table. The windows corner tv nook in the living room looks a very nice lighted filled area for enjoying watching tv or reading a book whilst resting on the sofas. The plants are nice touches of nature.

The name of 403 Wistful Lane is very nice, as well as the design of it. It looks very nice how the windows have placed on the front exterior wall section, and the glass doors creates a nice light filled entrance to the home. The planter boxes are a nice touch either sides of the front footpath. Very nice back porch for sims to enjoy eating meals they have cooked outdoors or enjoy painting on the easel in the sunshine. The natural texture of the exterior and interior walls looks very nice and calming . Very nice layout of the interior. The birds pictures are a special touch on the living room wall, for sims to see as they resting on the sofa reading or watching tv. The floral pictures add a nice look to the bedroom bedhead area.

Very nice layout and design of 404 Fern Park Place! The outdoors areas look so very nice! The lilypads water area and flowers on the edges of it in the front area of the home looks so very pretty! The bamboo trees are a very nice touch there. The alternating black and white planters nook and the row of flowers looks very great! Very nice layout of the back patio area! The flowers and plants on the edges looks so very nice! The island outdoors living loungers nook in the middle of the pool looks great! The outdoors dining area is very nice also! Sims will enjoy sitting on the seating having a drink after their meals. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior also! The windows corner study desk nook is a very nice light filled area for sims to enjoy using the computer or playing the guitar.

407 Gray Street is a very nice home! You have used the black, white and gray colour scheme so very well throughout all the areas of the home! It looks so very effective how you have done the black, white and gray furnishing of the interior! Very nice exterior design of the home. The outdoors living, dining and pool patio is very nice for sims to enjoy sitting resting on the sofa and armchair having a drink from the bar , or enjoy sitting at the umbrella covered table eating meals they have cooked on the grill. Very nice light filled family room! The large windows are very nice for the sunshine to come in whilst sitting there watching tv. The black panel squares on the computer study desk wall and the corner nook with the black planters on each walls looks very great! Each of the areas of the home looks very stylish!
Very nice modern design and layout of 410 Springdale Drive! The front steps entrance nook area looks great! Very nice outdoors dining and pool patio. It looks great the way the trellis roofing is over the pool. Very nice open plan layout of the interior kitchen, dining and living areas.
