Very nice exterior design and layout of Banana Plantation! The roofing looks very great and the archways give a very nice look to the build! The curved front porch and roof covered porchway looks very nice. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the seating there in the outdoors air. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The colour of the walls in the living room looks very nice, and the yellow colour of the seating looks very nice with it. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there near the fire. Very nice kitchen and dining area ! The patterned wall and floor tiling and the yellow coloured cabinets and dining chairs look so very effective! The patterned wall where the windows are looks great! The teapot of flowers on the dining table and plants on the floor are pretty and nice nature touches for Sims to see when eating a meal.

The design and layout of 305 Springdale Drive is very nice! Very nice landscaping work! It looks very nice how you have done the pathway leading up to the front entrance to the home! The The water and flowers feature in the front corner looks very nice. The flowers and bamboo trees look very nice placed on the edges of the home. Very nice outdoors living and dining patio! Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating the meals at the table in the sunshine, and having a drink from the bar. It is great that they can play chess there also. Very nice hedge bordered hot tub. Very nice modern furnishing of the interior! The black and white colour scheme looks very nice, and the open plan layout looks great! The wall pictures in the living room suit the home type well

309 Windenburg Bay is such a very pretty and homely cottage build! The texture of the exterior, the open shutter flower box window dormer and the design of the roofing looks so very nice! Very nice archway entrance, and the fenced front porch is very nice. Nice art nook on the back porch for painting on the easel in the sunshine. Very nice furnishing of the kitchen and living room. The blue wall tiling in the kitchen and the white coloured cabinets and counters look very nice together. The chef pig is cute! Nice sofa seats fireplace sitting area for sims to rest in front of the fire. The flowers are pretty touches on the fireplace ledge. The layout of the interior is very nice.

The red flower box windows add a nice touch of red colour to the nice look of the home, and the plants look nice placed along the edges of the white homely picket fencing. It is great that there is an outdoors dining picnic table area for sims to enjoy eating meals under the shade of the tree. It is great that there is woodwork shed for sims to enjoy crafting on the workbenches. Very nice layout of the interior of the home! The furnishing of the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas looks very nice! Very nice colour scheme of the area. The sunflowers are a sunny touch on the dining table for sims to see whilst enjoying eating a meal. The island stove counter is great! Sims will enjoy listening to radio music whilst cooking and dining there. The wall clock is a homely touch.

Each of the 4 new builds looks very nice! Very nice exterior design of each of them! They are all different styles and all uniquely special! The Eurasian restaurant looks a very nice venue for Sims to enjoy dining at. The water feature and the flowers on the edges of the venue look very nice, and the lantern lights near the front door are a welcoming Asian touch. Very nice layout of the interior ! The row of dining tables and the orange colour of the dining chairs gives a great look to the venue. It is great that there is also a bar stool nook for sims to enjoy sitting on the stools eating a meal. Sims will also enjoy dining outdoors on the patio, in the outdoors air.

Very nice design and layout of 316 1st Avenue! The outdoors areas look great! The white flowers add a very nice look to the home. Very nice design of the back patio area. It is great that there is pool for sims to enjoy swimming in, and hot tub nook for relaxing in the tub. Very nice outdoors living poolside lounger, sofa seat and armchair sitting areas . Sims will enjoy having a drink from the bar whilst resting on the seating in the sunshine. Sims will enjoy sitting around the campfire toasting food and keeping warm near the fire. The upper outdoors bbq and dining area is a very nice place for sims to enjoy cooking and eating a meal, whilst looking down at what is happening on the back patio. Very nice layout of the interior! It is great that the ground floor has a garage and a gym area. The type of windows used looks very nice.

317 Cooper Street is a very nice home! The bonsai plants look very stylish placed either sides of the front door. Very nice sunken outdoors dining patio area! The layout and furnishing of the interior of the home looks very nice! The bar counter nook in the living room area looks great! Sims will enjoy sitting relaxing on the sofa or wicker chair having a drink from the bar and watching tv. Very nice light filled corner windows dining area. Sims will enjoy eating meals at the table in the sunshine, or enjoy looking out at the night skies in the evening time. The black wicker dining chairs and the patterned floor rug complement each other well.
