Very nice outdoors dining patio nook for sims to enjoy cooking meals on the bbq and eating the food at the umbrella covered table in the outdoors air. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior! The black and white colour scheme looks very stylish! The open plan layout of the kitchen, dining and living room areas looks great! The fruit bowl is a nice touch on the dining table. Very nice sofa seats corner nook for sims to enjoy watching tv or reading books there with sunlight coming in onto them.

The exterior of 212 Americana Avenue is very pretty! The open shutter flower box windows dormers, flowers along the edges of tge white fencing, floral gate and the white blossom tree look very nice! The basketball and garage nook is great! Very nice outdoors living nook for Sims to enjoy sitting at the umbrella covered table in the sunshine. Very nice fenced pool patio for Sims to enjoy swimming in the pool or relaxing poolside on the loungers. Very nice furnishing of the interior! The bar stool counter in the kitchen area is great for sims to enjoy sitting on the stools eating a meal. The chef pig on the counter looks cute! Very nice windows dining table area for sims to enjoy eating meals with sunshine coming in through the windows and sunny sunflowers on the table top. They will enjoy listening to the musical instruments being played whilst dining or resting on the sofas watching tv. The music themed wall picture is a nice touch there.

214 Enchanted Lane is a very pretty fairytale cottage! The exterior design of the cottage is very homely and nice! The roofing and flower box dormers look great! Very nice exterior wall texture, and the flowers in the front entrance area are pretty for sims to see as they enter the home. They will enjoy playing chess outdoors or fishing in the pond. Very nice layout of the interior! The armchairs fireplace sitting and reading area is a nice warm looking nook. Sims will enjoy listening to gramophone music there.

The openness layout and design of Modera Drive looks very nice! It looks great the way that the living and dining areas lead out through open archways to the outdoors porch! Sims will enjoy playing the piano in the outdoors air. The white bow themed dining chairs are a very nice touch in the home. Very stylishly modern design of the pool, hot tub and lawn outdoors area!Very nice bbq outdoors dining area for sims to enjoy cooking and dining in the outdoors air. It is nice that there is an easel for sims to enjoy painting in the sunshine.

Newcrest Memorial Library is a very nice modern library build! The exterior of the building looks very nice. Very nice design and furnishing of the interior areas of the library! It is very nice that there is a study desk area where sims can enjoy sitting at the desk tables using the computers. The armchairs reading group nook looks very nice for discussing books. It is nice that there is a cafe area for sims to order food and drinks to have whilst reading their books. Sims would enjoy playing chess at the venue. Very nice kids area for children to enjoy playing with the dollhouse or sitting on the colourful cushions reading a book. It is a nice touch that red fencing separates off the nook area. Very nice tables and chairs area for sims to enjoy sitting at the tables reading a book.

The two new builds look very nice! 216 Hermit Hill is so very creatively designed and built! It looks great how the rocks have been used there! The hilly exterior, the outdoors stairs and the different levels looks so very great! The plants and trees look very nice how they are placed through the build. The roofing tower looks great! The design of the built is so very nice, and the name of the build suits it so well ! Very nice layout of the interior. The wall texture gives a great look to the home .

The design and the layout of 221 Pretentious Avenue looks very great! The large water structures water features with the hedging around it and the round water balls look great and suit the pretentious name of the avenue! All of the outdoors areas look very nice! The design of the outdoors kitchen, dining, pool,and hot spa patio looks very nice! Very nice yoga patio area. The walls of candles look restful and calming. The rock waterfall area is very nice!

Very nice bar counter nook! The master bedroom is very stylish! The white woollen floor rug is a special touch under the bed. It is nice that there is a tv watching area in the room also.
