Can we please have more pool-related items?
We need a diving board for sure (It would also be cool if we could stack them when the pool is deep enough)
Some loungers that Sims can relax on while reading/drinking drinks.
A slide
Pool stairs, or make it possible to place any set of stairs into the pool.
We also need an actual pool venue that tells the game it's a community pool.

We need slides, diving boards, community pool lot type, would like if pools could get dirty, pool floats, more pool interactions like floating on the back, water polo, etc. and of course pool parties.
Completely forgot about pool parties. Yes, that is also a must.
