Seasons/Weather Expansion

I think there should be a seasons expansion pack, but this one should include disasters as well eg. Tornados Hurricanes, Earthquakes, floods, and forest fires. This pack should also base your sims damage to there homes based on how it was built, and what material. I know it's highly improbable, but it would be fantastic.

I don't know if they could do it based on materials since we all only basically have one wall type to build with. Maybe location of build has more to do with it?

Waterfront lot? You are more prone to floods and hurricanes. If you have lots of trees on your lot, then you are more prone to lightening strikes and fires from that. Etc.

Yep, sounds good . id love to see this. but like it was said, not so much materials but with those corrections, seems awesome to me.

Natural disasters doesn't seem very good..... what if you had to build your whole house again??
