They are selling it on origin, but not here in the store? There is info. on the main sim page under News at the top for those who want more info.
Don't know, I was able to buy it instantly + It's downloading in Origin right now. Also, it's up for Mexico as well, not just USA/
Edit: In Spanish, I don't see it say preorder so maybe someone just had a typing mistake.
