I was finally able to snag this "sexy vampire" top from Natalia Auditore. Looks pretty good on Gereint.
^I'm noticing with many of NA's tops that if your sim has a rather nice amount of muscle tone, the tops will clip. (Just FYI) Kind of annoying, but it is what it is...

As unique as it is, the feet look weird and discolored, and it's categorized as an accessory so you gotta have a nekkid outfit for it to really work and...Meh. I'm not keeping it in my game...
However the wings (a separate piece of cc entirely) are rad so I AM keeping those in!

At first, Stephanie hesitated, still feeling unsure about their relationship and how she felt about him. However, after a few moments of contemplation, she decided to accept his invitation.
Hunter: Thanks for having dinner with me, Stephanie.
After dinner, Hunter drove Stephanie home and they stood outside her house. Hunter tried to flirt with her a bit, but his advances made her feel nervous and uncomfortable. Stephanie had not expected their evening together to take a romantic turn, and she wasn't sure how to respond. She politely thanked Hunter for the dinner and the lovely evening.
After saying goodbye to Stephanie, Hunter stood outside her house for a bit, feeling dejected and disappointed. He had hoped that their evening together would lead to something more, but now he couldn't help but feel like he had misread the situation. Hunter couldn't understand why Stephanie seemed so hesitant and unsure about him, and he worried that he had ruined their friendship with his attempts to flirt. As he drove back to his own house, Hunter couldn't shake the feeling that he had messed up and missed his chance with someone special.
My sims are Scarlet and Chester Swain. They have a few kids, Alexandra (Alex for short), Bella, and Bailey. Bailey is married to Tristan and is out of the house as they have a kid. Bella is married to C hana, and they just adopted a boy named Davide. They have a cat named Granite. Chester is a elder:

I haven't played for a couple of years, since before I got married even. A couple weeks ago I decided to fire up an reinstall stuff again, and I got my wife interested in playing too. We've mostly played MMOs like World of Warcraft together before, so it took her a while to figure out that stuff I did on my computer has no effect on what happens to her game on her computer.
Anyway, she was playing in Sunset Valley, doing all the typical noob stuff when a burglar came! And stole her pink flamingos off the lawn!! I showed her how to install a burglar alarm, but a couple of days later the burglar came back and stole a couple more!!! It's been almost a week, and she's still griping about it. I wasn't watching at the time so I'm not sure what went down. I looked at her house and the alarm should have worked, so who knows.
She started out with just the base game, and yesterday I installed Ambitions, Generations and Pets, which I consider to be the "core experience" and I'll let her play that way for a while. Also made a copy of her sim's household and moved her to a copy of the Barnacle Bay that my sim inhabits and went over and introduced them. We'll see what happens.

There is a town I can't play without, a cc enlarged version of Twinbrooks. But it's been so long since I played, that I really don't want to just dump *everything* in my game at once. So right now I've only got World Adventure and Ambitions. That probably won't last long, because I'd like to play a homeless or very poor sim. He needs the sleeping bag from WA, but he also needs a few traits and not sure which expansions had them. Kleptomaniac, mooch, and loner. The other two don't matter so much but want those.
Also wanted to mention that Sprottenham's Margrethe, ButterWafflesA's unnamed sim, and Turjan's Rowan are all very pretty sims. Did you use skins to make them look like that and if so, do you remember where you got the skin?
Doubt if I sill use a lot of cc but some things are important! lol Anyway, nice chatting at you all and hope everyone had a nice Easter is staying safe from more tornados.

I noticed that Reagan Sekemoto paid the stylist a visit. It's funny how much time they spend looking at their old outfits.
I know it's just the animation coming to an end, but I imagine the stylist thinking that those old accessories are clashing terribly with the new dress and those glasses. Oh well. She knows better than telling a Sekemoto that she's wrong.

Me? I've been playing the sims for almost a month. I kind of reseted all my households and been focusing on my Twinbrook household lately. I do like that world. Because of a youtuber that I like, I also started renovating the houses by changing the color palette. I finished making the Greenwood house look much better for me. I intend to share the results soon.
@stickykisses I couldn't believe my eyes at first when I saw your name pop up in this thread. I do remember you from years ago. I hope we see more of you.
I've been working on the next episode of my Perfect Genetics Challenge. I aged up two of the household members to Young Adult and sent them to live in Vice City. Don took them there and on his return he found seven (7) strange sims living in the household. I have no idea where they came from. I suspect the game just created them as new sims. There were over 24 sims in the household when Don returned home. So I evicted the seven strangers and placed them together in an empty 4 bedroom house in town. I decided to let the game decide what to do with them.
Now there is room for some of the younger sims to make their imaginary friends real. I'll be aging up the remaining two teens as soon as they get to level A at school.
The population of Vice City is currently 3 sims. One of them I placed in the world when I set it up to be used in this game, the other two are Martin and his imaginary friend made real, Bart. I'll show you around the new world in the video. I hope to have it up next week some time as I'm still recording game play for it.

Hey fellow simmers, I've return after almost 2 year brief retirement (July 2021). Nothing has been going on right now or during my time away, since I am currently reinstalling all my Sims 3 games and stuff which could take some time. I did tried out The Sims Mobile for a while and it made me miss going back to the classic PC game. It's definitely not the same before I left and more houses & lots builds that I am planning to work on. Although time has been limited like playing non-sims games.
Again like the last post, that since I'd been away for more than a year. I'll focus on the last few pages instead of diving through hundreds of pages. But I'm sure your sims progress has been great or exciting that I wish I could've been there.
Brief last few memories, before new stuff to show in the future.
(Not quite same reaction playing Sims Mobile, but I'll play from time to time.)
Hopefully I can still do Liam stories again with the Grim Reaper & island world map.

Made me so happy to see those names again.

Hope I haven't left anyone out, I do have swiss cheese for brains these days.
All that's been happening in my game is trying to get a user made version of Twinbrooks to work but sadly I don't have enough expansion packs installed yet for the bridges to show up. (It's Derielle County by Simsimillian, page 10 at mts if anyone is interested.) I hate dumping all the packs in right now. Since it's been so long, I'd rather take the time to explore one exp at a time instead of doing them all at once. But Derielle County is so tempting! A larger, slightly brighter, boating-enabled Twinbrook!
Yesterday I installed several of the nraas mods -- that was one of the places I checked to see if they were still up before investing further, no way was I gonna start playing this game again without them! And then spent last night futzing around trying to remodel lots on the original Twinbrook. This site is good if anybody wants to find combination rabbit holes. http://sims3clc.blogspot.com/
But I will waste a lot of time trying to remodel Twinbrooks, so might as well install showtime to see if the bridges for Derielle show up.
I have enjoyed everyone's stories, and pictures and comments. Really interesting to see items that I don't remember at all, there's so much to do in this game!

Try looking up "KB Primer HD skin" and "Eskin Fresh" for a couple of my favorite skins to use on sims. A lot of people like "Mango Smoothie" as well.

My computer can mostly handle lots of cc so I tend to go a little crazy adding it in, but it really slows my game down so I have to merge is all if I want a fast game with all the cc in. 👍🏻

Again like the last post, that since I'd been away for more than a year. I'll focus on the last few pages instead of diving through hundreds of pages. But I'm sure your sims progress has been great or exciting that I wish I could've been there.

All that's been happening in my game is trying to get a user made version of Twinbrooks to work but sadly I don't have enough expansion packs installed yet for the bridges to show up. (It's Derielle County by Simsimillian, page 10 at mts if anyone is interested.) I hate dumping all the packs in right now. Since it's been so long, I'd rather take the time to explore one exp at a time instead of doing them all at once. But Derielle County is so tempting! A larger, slightly brighter, boating-enabled Twinbrook!
Yesterday I installed several of the nraas mods -- that was one of the places I checked to see if they were still up before investing further, no way was I gonna start playing this game again without them! And then spent last night futzing around trying to remodel lots on the original Twinbrook. This site is good if anybody wants to find combination rabbit holes. http://sims3clc.blogspot.com/
But I will waste a lot of time trying to remodel Twinbrooks, so might as well install showtime to see if the bridges for Derielle show up.
I have enjoyed everyone's stories, and pictures and comments. Really interesting to see items that I don't remember at all, there's so much to do in this game!
@GraceyManor I'm really enjoying Stephanie and Hunter's story.
My advice to Hunter would be to maybe dial down his advances just a little bit

Do you have a link to that cc enlarged version of Twinbrook?
Try looking up "KB Primer HD skin" and "Eskin Fresh" for a couple of my favorite skins to use on sims.

My computer can mostly handle lots of cc so I tend to go a little crazy adding it in, but it really slows my game down so I have to merge is all if I want a fast game with all the cc in. 👍🏻

Welcome back to Sims 3, Im from Sweden so English is my
second language, but played Sims for ages.
For skins: look up modthesims, where they have some nice skin tones,
I have tons of skins in my folder I am a bit of a skin fanatic or what to say!
I like to google " The sims3 best cc skin tones and then add Tumblr or Reddit, there are
usually good recommendations depending on what you like
to use.
