@coco and @Mikezumi No, the lady sim isn't Becky. She was just a random gal in CAS I was working on while checking out my new CC. I saw the Sims 3 shirt and was like, "Ohhhhh yeah.... AWESOME!" So I made her sport it to show all of you.

Sam's piano is in his inventory. I've set him up as a busker to play around town. So he has the guitar, piano and the future thingie in his inventory. I took the drums and bass out and he can play those at home.
Alice has a sad face a lot of the time. I'm usually yelling at her to smile daggum it....or words to that effect.
Becky is human but she must have been a witch at some point before you uploaded her. She had tons of potions and alchemy stuff in her inventory (which I saved in the chest....could come in handy!) and the broom was hidden. I got rid of it with MC. I hope...sometimes they keep coming back and I forgot to find the mod. So far, she and the other girls hung in the house that first day. I've kinda noticed all the sims even townies were hanging at home the first day. Guess they were unpacking and putting up pictures. They all went together to the bot arena the next day and scattered after that. I was mostly putting in more sims so didn't get many pictures other than what I posted last night.
lol...no they actually did not get hearts for each other. I think Sam has chatted enough females to be high on the girl attraction scale. Of course, I'm not present each time he chats with someone. Didn't think about that! duh

I'm glad you love the room. It was fun hunting for stuff to place in it. The fence is cc and of course the bunnies. I've had them and usually put them in flower gardens to be munching on clover.

Sorry that I haven't been commenting like I usually do as I have been playing a lot of WoW trying to get some of my characters up to level 110. Of course the new EP has dropped for it yesterday, so now I'm playing in the new area that the EP has.
@Puddinroy, thank you... And so sorry to hear that you are having a rough time with the news that you received about your dad. It's never easy to hear bad news about any family members regardless who they are but I do think it's especially harder when it comes to your parents and/or spouses.
Braden, being a military man, needed to keep fit (deployments were always a thing and well...technically, he could be called up at any time) so what better than to utilize the new pull-up bar to increase his upper body strength? Especially toning was accomplished by the one-handed pull-up which was perhaps the most difficult exercise routine that one could do mainly as one was pulling their entire body weight up with one hand. Both Karina and Katrina were at school and after-school; they needed to get their homework done so they turned around and utilized the school-grounds to get it done. From there, Karina headed home and Katrina had to head over to the grocery store for some research. After all getting the report done on local businesses was definitely needed to ensure that she had a good grade at school. Tania ran by saying "See you tomorrow at school", to her cousins. Well, what can one say. Nearly three-quarters of the Cape Garner Island population were related to her in one way or another. Haruo took some time to play ping-pong with his daughter, Brianna who was enjoying her time off from work as an Assistant Principal of Cape Garner Primary/Elementary and Secondary school. There was yet another request for a run to the hospital with yet another crocodile (Snapper; this time) because their science center (which was located in the same building) wanted yet another crocodilian. Joys of joys. At least this time, it would get rid of the other crocodile that was left in Haruo's possession. You realize that crocodiles eat a lot; not mentioning the severed limbs risk. When Haruo came home, he started in on dinner. At least the kitchen was bright and workable; there was space to move around in. And you could see what it was that you were doing at the kitchen counter. River fielded a phone call from a relative who was chatty. After all it was certainly worth it to talk to relatives because who else would be there for you if you needed someone to talk to? After making dinner; Haruo set about doing some sculpting. Cape Garner Island was definitely the comfortable place that they had longed for to live in. Privacy abounded; no one was up in everyone's else's business; everyone minded their own and it made for a peace that River and Haruo had longed for all their lives. After Braden got home from work, he went out and drove some shots on the golf shooting range. As the sun set on another day in Cape Garner Island... The Chikamoris went to sleep, content that they had made the right choice to move to the island to live.

After she and her husband successfully helped their son with his date, Amelia thought "Another grandchild will soon be on the way!"
I would have directed Lloyd to ask Kristina to join the household immediately, but Kristina had to leave for her job at the Bistro.
George had a date too... a play date with little Sadie Hinkle.
That poor girl is definitely getting plastic surgery when she becomes YA! Her face looks so squashed it's actually kind of adorable on a kid, but there is no way it will look good on an adult.
When Kristina's shift at the Bistro ended, I used Master Controller to add her to the household. She arrived home and had no objection to sleeping next to Lloyd - they are romantic interests and BFFs. (As she was walking into the bedroom, Lloyd was dreaming about hating babies. Sorry, Lloyd, but you're going to have at least one!)
Kristina's first wish as an active sim was to pet her dog - that's how I found out she had a dog, so I quickly added him to the household too, and he ran through the town to the family lot.
There! Lloyd went to sleep alone in his room. He is going to wake up with a girlfriend and a dog!
Unrelated to my household - I found that the game has moved another pudding sim (the consignment merchant) in as a resident, so I went into CAS and de-puddinged her.
Well, RL stepped in and now I'm behind on feedback! I always read posts every day, though, because I can't resist the stories and fun things going on. So, awesome updates, everyone!
I have a doctor's appt this afternoon (just a check up), and then we have to run a couple of errands. But I'm going to write up a few comments now. Forgive any typos I miss.

@Karritz At one time I did have all the guru festival lots downloaded, but I didn't transfer all my Library folder packages to my new computer. I had already placed a few of the festival lots, but not all of them. With RH, I decided to go with a different festival lot than the guru's. There were more activities included in the one I chose. ...Your Topical Rain Forest lot is lovely even if it overburdened your computer with all the plants!
