It was my own stupid mistake. When I went to make my most recent update, I discovered I had uploaded the others without the right privacy settings. When I changed the privacy settings, the urls changed as well but I didn't notice

I put it on an empty lot by the river. It was dawn, so it's a little dark. All the residents showed up fine. Awesome sims!

@thuggishsplicer I just reread your Mage Guild description and saw that Adrian Black already exists in Dragon Valley (but as a YA, not a teen). I decided to change your teen Adrian's name so he'd be unique. I used the Fantasy Name Generators site to find an Altmer/High Elf name, and chose Arainn Caimos. Not sure how lore-friendly that is, but it sounded good!
I also changed the original Dragon Valley YA Adrian's personality, his looks, and clothes so the two would be different individuals in my world.

@lanlyn@thuggishsplicer's Mages Guild looks great! The sims also look good and I laughed at the werewolf in the kilt with his hairy pins showing I was surprised because I always thought kilt-wearers wore knee high socks but I could be wrong as I don't hail from that part of the world

@CravenLestat In this particular case, the blonde girl is actually pretty There are only a couple of families that have odd looking kids and that is the Hemlocks and the Goths.
@emorrill I am not using them in my current game because it is a genetics game but they are good for shaping the tip of the nose in ways in which are not possible with sliders.

Ugh. So I'm trying to make some Resident Evil Outbreak sims, but my game does not like being tabbed out of today. Keeps crashing on me. Needless to say, I cannot wait until my new phone gets here. lol It should be here by Wednesday this week!
Jensen rolled a wish to buy a stroller even though I remembered having one. I looked everywhere and couldn't find it. I suspect the last baby daddy may have taken it with him

I got a popup that Wilky wanted to go to Marissa Lothario's house after school. Marissa is Ibb's daughter so I agreed Ibb got home from work at the same time as Wilky and Marissa arrived. She was in her work clothes, so I quickly changed her clothes before taking this pic
Marissa looks exactly like her mother so I gave her the same hair on aging up to teen.
Peter came home from work soon after.
After Wilky finished his homework I sent him to the gym to find Reed because he had a wish to spar and Jensen, being pregnant, is unable to do so.

@emorrill the mermaids are fun but I don't play them often. I do enjoy dive lots and have successfully placed them in a few worlds.
Sunlit Tides is way too shallow to do much of use with regarding diving or houseboats.
Barnacle Bay is good with deep oceans and I've built a few dive spots there and may have successfully placed some that were already made - I can't remember fully as it was not long after Island Paradise was released. I've occasionally thought of adding some again but I can always think of other things I'd rather be doing.
Aurora Skies is another world in which I managed to successfully place (or build) dive lots.
I think there may have been others but am not sure.
Rflong7 has dive lots in some of her worlds. For example Legacy Island III has dive lots and hidden islands.
@Charlottesmom I'm starting to think I may have to start trying to do two sets of videos at the same time. I don't want to abandon my Isla Paradiso Bunch before I've got all the islands but everyone seems keen to see the game with the McFluffs. I'm starting to be keen to see what happens there too.
I like to try to get my gnomes in interesting poses. The Freezer Bunny in particular has a collection of different props and the llama is just one of them.
The pair of Cracklin' Knackerbells near the pumpkin got a friend and I can't remember if I posted it already or not - but in case I didn't here is the picture I got of them.
I thought it was unusual to have so many lying down together - I've never seen that before. I've actually never seen them with a pumpkin before either. I thought that one was smashed but someone must have carved another one. Muriel picked the pumpkins at the Carnival on the Water lot - same place the Cracklin' Knackerbells came from
@bekkasan I've never had a problem with the mermaid scales and tails before either. But I rarely play in Isla Paradiso. Something has happened since I last played there to remove the scales and tails - but it is easy enough to fix with Master Controller.
@mycami21 I'm glad you find my posts interesting. I too like the Freezer Bunny riding the llama. I tried to get the picture at an angle to show off what he was up to. Since I saw Salty get his tail when he entered the water I am confident Mia will too. It won't matter now if she doesn't though as Salty was kind to Haley. Probably because Salty is an evil gold digger and Haley is rich and they are currently romantic interests.
@Mikezumi I find a lot of the toddler hair is a bit over the top. I think it is a fashion for some to dress them up like little adults.
I didn't mean @king_of_simcity7 hadn't watched the video - I was just trying to say that's where the gnomes came from. No one saw the gnomes in the video. I was just trying to point out they came from the haunted house. Most of the other gnomes in the household came from the wishing well or the dog got them.

@PalmArrow I like to find an interesting solution to a problem. If they give us a minute hilly island and place a 64x64 lot on it - they obviously are screaming ' Put a BASEMENT on it'. But only the level 4 basement could use the entire lot without pushing up any of the terrain above it.
@lanlyn I still haven't got to look at those dresses and things I download from All About Style. It will probably be a few days before I can even think about it though as I'm back at work until Wednesday.
You know I'm happy to get my sims to do most of their living underground. It lets me leave the landscaping above ground and I don't have to decorate the outside of their houses - although I do paint the outside of the basements as if they were concrete blocks.

Now I'm going to go back to an earlier save to see if I can record Haley meeting Salty and how they got to know each other since I missed all that yesterday due to OBS Studio not wanting to record anything. I fixed it now by following another tutorial on how to set it up. I downloaded an upgrade - so that's why I had a problem. I think it's all good now.
@Karritz Love those Halloween witches. I didn't know they came with Seasons. I thought they were from Supernatural. No wonder I thought I'd never gotten an Autumn gnome! I didn't recognize her as the Autumn gnome when she did show up.
...So, I double checked the gnome list on Sims Wikia and realized the only gnome I hadn't seen in game was the Gnome of the Darned. I was determined to get one while it was still on my mind. I also wanted to have one of my fairy sims cheat the claw machine. I had a fairy couple in Dragon Valley, and that was where I started.
Unfortunately I didn't find any claw machines already in my DV game. Sooo, I fixed up the Dragon Tavern and added one there. I hadn't done a thing to that place, and renovation took some time.
This is the Dragon Tavern. I designated it a hangout, but I added a pro bar too.
The only things I did to the outside was add lighting, cattails around the well, and a small rock stereo.
I removed some of the tables so I could put in a karaoke player. I also changed the bathrooms in order to fit in more arcade and gambling machines. Also added a toy box and pet bowl.
I took out some extra bookcases and chairs to open up more space.
Then before sunrise, I woke up the family and sent them off to the new Dragon Tavern: Crysie, Sol, and their dog Charlotte. (Charlotte was created by @Charlottesmom to honor her RL dog.)
While one fairy worked the claw machine, the other tested out other activities. Charlotte followed each one around. I also put down a chew toy for her.
Getting the Ghosts Gnomes took all day! Crysie and Sol won lots of teddy bears of various types ...
And cut gems (which looked like ore in the machine) ...
All kinds of toys, which I donated to the Tavern's toybox--after all, my fairies were cheating the machine and winning big at gambling.
Money bags! I did have Sol and Crysie play the usual way once in a while because I was having no luck getting those gnomes as of yet.
Then finally, Crysie pulled out a Gnome of the Darned!!
Soon after, Sol got one too.
In fact, Sol won two gnomes.
It was around midnight by then, and everyone was tired, so we called it a day. But we came home richer and carrying three Gnomes of the Darned. They were all the same color though. I named them Deadhead, Dastard, and Dodo. Now we'll see what they actually do for us.
We also took home a new baby dragon who Crysie named Perp. ... But that's another story.
@lanlyn congratulations. Those gnomes change colour. I think it is related to their pose. As they change pose they change colour. If you don't want them to die you will need to set their age back to toddler occasionally. I'd be interested to see what ghosts turn up. You should get a few with three of those gnomes.
It looks like your family had a lot of fun during their visit to their new hangout.
I sent Haley back in time - by opening an older save. I sent her to Mermaid Grotto in hope of meeting Salty again but Triton King turned up instead. Now she's snorkeling and won't stop. I'm going to have to go to sleep soon. I probably won't save progress on this game and try again next time I feel up to it - or on Thursday when I start my next 4 days off.
@Karritz Thanks so much for telling me about those gnomes changing color! I might have kept collecting ghost gnomes forever trying to get different colors.

While the kids were at school, I got a Prom notice. After Dye had finished her homework I sent her to visit Ivan. Ivan is the only boy in his family. He has three sisters, one child and twin toddlers
I didn't send Wilky to ask Reed to the Prom since he would be aging up beforehand. I was actually tending to Reed as I had a popup that he had aged up when my camera was suddenly pulled back to Elis, whose birthday I had completely forgotten ... I am a bad sim mother
Luckily Wilky and Ebba were there to celebrate with him
He looks a little dopey as a teen but I know he will grow up well
@Mikezumi I love Ebba! Her hair and coloring. She and her dad Ludo look great together. ...I always like your sweet "young love" romantic pics too. ...I'm tempted to get more toddler hairstyles. I get tired of seeing the same ones all the time. You certainly found some cute ones. There are several you show that I like.
