The "Inspiration Vortex" (Strategy Tip)

While playing through EuphorialQueen's Rosebud challenge, I developed a room I call the "Inspiration Vortex" aimed at giving any sim who wanders into the room a +3 inspired and +3 happy environmental moodlet. The download link, picture and explaination of how it works can be found here.

That is so cool -- definitely going to check that out in game. Been thinking of starting a new save just to play without worrying about achievements, and to see what happens to my Simself if she chooses a different future husband than the one I ended up with.

I do something similar in every house I build. I make a focused room for computing and homework etc. My kitchens are inspiring with a bar and an alcove for my creative Sims with instruments, easels and computers for writing.

Depending on what aspiration or career, I build rooms to fit the emotion like confident, energized, romantic, playful etc. Objects and decor can easily be switched in a room in a legacy house to change things up a bit. It was hard for me to be in the same house for 10 generations.

I love the emotions that my Sims can get and how much faster they learn in the proper environment.
