Current wip inspired by the Tiny Living contest and instantly thought of Bora Bora as an inspiration (turns out the deck is counted into the floor tiles limit so technically I failed already haha).
Your island beach home WIP is looking very nice! @VYX Very lovely exterior design and layout! The pier and deck look great! Very pretty tropical flowers!
I just started #RheysTinyChall11 and trying to create a Modern Hobbit Hole what do you think? Shall I have flowers on top too or just grass?
Misty afternoon sorry.
@luckyheather Either way looks gorgeous! It's more lush and rustic with flowers... the plain grass is more modern. But since I love flowers, I always hope to see them in builds
Thanks @Gwiniel I too like flowers so I will just have some in the grass I have added a smaller version build on the rear left corner and I might put a little one at the back or right corner tomorrow I will see. The front terrain is raised either side of path and the save view is low so it looks good the little front raised then dipping to the door rather pleased so far.
Your WIP is looking lovely! @luckyheather I like flowers also and think they will look very nice in the grass.
I hope your continued work on the home goes well
Thank you @rosemow ! It's all coming together well I think the grass roof is perfect as is @luckyheather! And the few flowers you got is more than enough. Wondering if you're going for a more modern look with some nautical elements especially with the environment.
Thank you @VYX yes I too think just those on the roof was just enough. I wasn't going for Nautical but I will see what furniture suits it first, I think modern and curvy seating outside, trying to match the curvy patio and overhanging roof you can see from the side I'm off to carry on with it soon.
Your WIP is looking very nice! @Gwiniel Very lovely and restful loft area! The design and furnishing of the area is lovely! The plants are calming touches. Sims willl enjoy painting there.
Got an idea that I sort of wish someone else had already done.. There is a lot from the Romantic Garden pack called Lost Gardens of Healing, and I want to make it into a restaurant. The lot as it is has very limited clear space, with many small areas (not quite rooms, since it's mostly outdoors) spread over a 40x30 lot. Gonna toy with it for a bit, but would be interesting to collaborate.
I didn't do much - mostly just filled in spaces with required restaurant items.
Here is the entrance, with the host stands bookending the entrance to the garden below.
There are 2 main dining rooms-- one can be reserved for a larger party, and the other is for smaller parties.
Then there is a more intimate, secluded table for couples.
And this is just where I placed the chef stations. They are directly beside the bathrooms.
Excited to play as a restaurant owner again-- it's been since the Dining pack came out!
These are lovely. I've just begun a mansion in Suliani and it's currently in very early stages but it will make use of winding staircase tools. People complain about not having spiral staircase and don't make use of winding staircase tools.
(inserting my best puppy eyes here) Winding staircases??? I think I've downloaded one lot that somehow used foundation on top of a regular floor to break up staircases, but I assumed there was some intense coding involved, like in Sims 2 when you wanted to attach a wall without foundation to a house with a foundation (usually for the attached garage).

@Taoron The spa day ball fountain. It's a good illusion on a pic but not close up... couldn't think of anything else either xD
Very cool. I'll have to use something else, but I have some ideas.
@Gwiniel it turned out great!
Hi @Taoron you could use the pool light enlarged I think thats what I used on my 1st camera shop.

A Colonial Mansion WIP I've been working on for a week or so. This is why the ceiling tiles happened.
