OK, bad news!
After all of my struggling part in building a townhouse, I'm sad to say but, I'm going to scrap my Tutti Frutti Townhouse project, sorry!
But I hope I could start another Tutti Frutti-themed apartment project instead, but not a townhouse/row house for now.
Hello @RyeCris16 It is better to not continue on with your Tutti Fruitti Townhouse WIP when you are not enjoying doing it. You have the idea though, and have learnt new things whilst doing it, so perhaps these ideas you will incorporate into another build.
Enjoy working on your next WIP, and I will look forward to seeing it
@RyeCris16 Sorry to hear that you are scrapping your WIP its better to move on if its not working for you I feel your disappointment *hugs* I look forward to seeing your next WIP
Heres some pics to help inspire you I dont think they are tutti frutti but i love the colors and shapes
The pictures of the homes that you have posted are so nice! @leelujack The colour shades are so very nice! The architectural design of the first home picture looks so very great! The patios and upper balconies in the second picture look very nice.
@rosemow@leelujack Thanks for the concern and heads up! I totally learned about building an apartment. *group hugs*
@leelujack Thank you for the inspirational image! They're very adorable! I have no problem with the architecture, I just struggled with the very left side of the lot, which seems like I'm not very uncomfortable with it, so I ended scrapping it. Anyway, thanks again!

Hello @RyeCris16 . I have posted already on your showcase thread , but just wanted to say again that I am thinking of you and your family with the news of the earthquake. Sending hugs to you
I added a long arch in front as well as some landscaping. I've also fixed other parts of the interior and even added a basement. Hopefully I'll share this on the Gallery at the start of the weekend.
Your WIP is continuing to look very nice! @pronterus The long arch over the front of the build looks very nice! The red and black colour scheme of the arch combined with the green of the trees and the hedging creates such a great look! It looks very nice how you have placed the trees, lavender and rocks. The entrance to the home is very nice! It is great that you have a basement in the build. I will look forward to seeing the build when you finish and upload it to the Gallery
@pronterus Love how you did to the front! It's great that you made the arch area longer and added more landscaping. Can't wait to see your finished product!
I will repost here what I wrote on your pool house thread . Kaichen04. Your WIP is continuing to look very nice! The layout of the build looks great! The pool area with the steps going either sides looks very nice! The patterning on the pathway looks nice. Very nice type of windows that you are using which suits the type of build. The done roofing is very nice!
The build is looking great!
@kaichen04 Your WIP is looking very awesome!
I like your architecture, great work with the roofing and I especially like your bridge. I like your pool area from below too!
I'm looking forward to seeing your finished build.
Thank you for sharing in this thread! I updates my list post.

Thank you so much. I will work even harder not to disappoint!
Me again for a new WIP to share.
After of scrapping my Tutti Frutti Townhouse build and built numerous rooms as a warm-up, I am back building a lot! For my next project, I'm building a Colonial mansion/manor that is a part of Ryan's Legacy Home Set Vol. 1. Of course, since this is my first time building it, I need a feedback on architecture if you think it's quite alright for you. Don't mind on an exterior wall pattern first since I haven't painted to it. Thank you!
Your Colonial Manor build is looking very nice! @RyeCris16 The exterior design of the home looks very nice! The curved windowed dormers look very nice! It looks very nice how you have placed the windows, and it looks nice that you have used open shutter windows in the build. Very nice covered over front porch! It looks nice how you have used the columns. The front entrance gate area looks great! It is looking very nice!
Enjoy working on your WIP!

I updated my thread and letting you know that a devastated earthquake might possibly head to Manila (our place). But please don't stop posting your WIPs. I'll update my list once I'm back very alive.
Thank you and stay safe everyone!

Slowly, but surely, I am making progress. It's probably the most fun I have ever had building. I am trying to make it as interesting as possible.
The build is looking great!
