Your underground home is looking very creatively great! @Starrats The animal face with the red tongue looks great! You have done the entrance area so very well!
Oh I like this it kinda remimds me of Aladdin let us know when you finish it I would love to use this in oasis springs for a fairytale type of gameplay

I indeed got my inspiration from Aladdin. Sadly I had to make changes to the roofing around the eyes because every time I placed a wall in the basement it got deleted, which would really suck if people wanted to expand the house in the basement or just wanted to change some walls. So now it looks like this
And I'm currently still decorating the home underneath, I'm making this a base game only build so it is a bit challenging to get everything to look nice
The underground layout of the home is looking great! @Starrats It is great that is a base game only home,so all simmers will be able to have your creative build in their game.
Took a break from my underground animal head home because I got bored with it and was struggling with the furnishing part of it. I just wanted to make something Dutch. I live in the Netherlands and I delivered mail for a couple of years in a neighbourhood with these orange roofed terraced houses from the early 1900's And I just wanted to build a small row of them. It will be 3 homes on 1 lot. The one on the left will be the home of an old couple who have been living there for many years and they love to grow stuff in their garden, the middle one belongs to a young couple without kids, they modernised the home and garden in a way I see a lot here in my country. Including replacing the windows for more modern ones. And the home on the left belongs to a family with 2 kids, they are always busy raising their kids and working to pay the mortgage. They have a simple garden for the kids. It is not finished yet but I'm having a lot of fun recreating the stuff I see in my own country. The garden in the middle (modern young couple) it the only garden that I finished and I just love it so much
I started a large Fashion Store today with a Car theme as I did one in Sims 3 but this one is a lot bigger and it has custom cars from another simmer. I have done a lot of it but it will have a few more cars and more decor inside. The Name is 'Fast Lanes Fashions' like my old one was Fast Lanes
Your WIP is looking great! @Starrats It is very nice that you are creating a build that reflects the types of homes where you live. The background details of who live there are great and are reflected in the types of homes. The exterior design of the orange roofed home is lovely! Very nice old brick textured walls. The design of the outdoors areas is great! The garden beds, stepping stone path and the hot tub area are lovely!
Your Fast Lanes Fashion store WIP looks very stylish! @luckyheather The exterior design of the building, the large glass windows and the curved roofing look very great! Very nice balconies! The car theme and cars throughout the build outdoors and inside look great! Very nice chequered patterning of the entrance area ground, which suits a car themed build well.
Thank you @rosemow im pleased you like my Fashion Store and looking at the screenshots it looks so big! im thinking it would look great in Del Sol Valley for all those Famous sims to come to

I love seeing terrace homes like this. I really hope in future packs or games that they consider actually putting in terrace homes because they are so common for many players. I started creating my terrace a few weeks back. When I get to the point where I can post images on here I'll show you the progress so far. :p
As promised here is the terrace homes I started working on a few weeks back. It is actually based on the houses on my street. I actually thought I'd made more progress than this but hey ho! haha. Maybe one day I'll get around to finishing it.
Your terrace houses WIP is looking great! @lostatcore Very nice brick texture of the wall and the entrance areas with windows placed beside the doors looks nice. The piping is a great touch.
Congratulations on becoming a full member!

@lostatcore that was EXACTLY my thought! But then again, i don't have any packs, so also not the 'go to work' thing, sooo I'm not sure what kind of public building it will become yet hehe

@lostatcore I really like your Terraced houses its very realistic
@DeanXeL thats a Cool looking building, I dont know how you did it but it looks amazing I think it would be a great Library or even a Gym as sims love to workout and it has plenty of space for a pool out back and loungers.

@Starrats were you using 'floating' roofs to create the eyes? (a roof on top of half a wall it would seem?) you can avoid the roof disappearing by just raising it up another floor, so if you were now using a 2 story 'elevator' to place the roof, use a 3 story one, the roof should no longer disappear, I used it in a couple of my builds and they are completely remodelable
