    Is the store still open? I can't sign into the store to get to my purchase history to re download into my game.It keeps giving me a maintenance screen.

      All sections of the Store work fine for me (Northeast USA). Though, the whole website's been a bit wonky lately, probably heavy loads during the Holidays. Try completely signing out, clear your browser cache and/or restart your browser.
