Who knows? I'm rather hoping EA will remove the loading screens over time, in fact I'm not even close to hoping - I'm praying that they will!!!
I keep thinking did I buy The Sims 4 or did I buy The Sims 2.1? Sometimes I find it really hard to believe that this game replaced The Sims 3...
I don't think sims 4 replaced sims 3, it's just a new game with new features. Now you can play it on a laptop, sims 3 is way bigger and asks more of your computer.
English is not my first language so sorry if I make any mistakes!
True. I suppose in a way The Sims 4 is slightly better than The Sims 3 but I still admit that I am a little disappointed. I expected so much more from The Sims 4, hopefully over the next year or two EA will add more features and might make the maps slightly bigger?
I hope so anyway. The Sims 3 though was such a big step up from The Sims 2 and I really did think that The Sims 4 would be a massive step up as well, but it wasn't and I was slightly disappointed
But then, maybe it might grow on me

It's too integral to the game engine.
LoLoLoL Thanks for the suggestion - but I'll stick with the Sims 4 , hands down.

My Mood:
> Then what will you be staring at if no loading screens?
haha well my beautiful sims of course :D
You never know the power of technology.
This. It's not something as simple as adding additional content.
1. Check to make sure that you have Sims 3 installed on your computer
2. For non digital downloads - insert disc. For digital downloads open origin
3. double click on icon for disks or click the play button for Sims 3.
Viola - no loading screens.

Try cleaning out your game cache and purging some of your townies.
Especially clean out your game caches after removing/adding Custom Content.
