30 USD for Sims4? Worth it or not?

Hello everyone. While the sale is going on at origin, my friend wanted to know if sims 4 is worth the 30 USD or if he should wait. Much like myself, he has not played Sims 1, 2, or 3 and sims 4 would be his first whack at the game. Hearing things on the game though, my friend doesn't know if he should get it or if 30 USD is still a steep price tag for the game.

I got bored easily...

Then again, I just get bored easily when doing anything...

But I got bored faster than normal...

Thanks dude. I'll send him the video. I would help him myself, but I can't. I got my copy for free from my grandma, who got it for my birthday. I also only build houses in it, so I can't really give opinions
