Drought comes to Oasis Springs

All the wild plants in my neighborhood are steaming green vapors and my options are to view or dispose of them. I guess they died from lack of water??

Perhaps EA the Landgraabs are hogging up all of the water and later going to sell the water at an expensive price?

Ah never mind I just wanted to be nosy I have no idea why the plants in public spaces would be doing that unless its a bug
