Modern on a Mountain is a great home. It looks great how you have built it on top of and beside the large mountain rocks. The water looks great, looking like a mountaih lake. It looks nice how you have placed the windows in the build. The circular tiles on the footpath look very nice how you have placed them.
Very nice exterior design of Eldo Glenn Modern! The stone texture of the exterior is very nice. Very nice roofing! It looks nice how you have placed the plants in the front area of the build.

A nice community venue were you can read, learn, compute, relax, play chess, view the art gallery or just go upstairs and take an art and paint class. There is also a kiddie corner

Rush to the local station and watch the soccer game with friends at the bar with a few drinks to spare..or just pop in at the carriage next door and enjoy an evening of music. You can also pop in the jacuzzi with friends or just have a traditional barbeque behind the old station building. The perfect venue for any occasion.

Book and Art Galaxy is a very creative build! The enlarged books look great! It looks very nice how you have done the water fountain feature at the front of the build with the different coloured fountains! It is a great community lot
Muscle Up Gym and A Modern Secret are very builds The exterior design of the home is very nice! The curved roofing and porch looks great! Very nice front nook pool area. It looks nice how you have lined the edges of the front footpath with the rocks and plants. The way you have placed the windows in the build looks nice.The design of the gym is great too! The slanted roofing is great! It looks very nice how you have placed an enlarged treadmill on the roof! The texture and grey colour of the exterior looks nice. Very nice water fountains feature at the front of the build.

Your two Modern Bachelor homes are very nice! The roofing is great! It looks nice how you have done the pool deck in the Modern Fantasy home build. The shape of the pool looks nice. The type of windows in the build create a nice light filled home for sims to enjoy looking out through the windows at the views whilst inside. The water fountain features look nice on the side of the build. It looks very nice how you have placed the hedge fencing and flowers on the left front of the build. The trees look nice how you have placed them on the pathway in Modern Bachelor Swan Song. The exterior designs of both of them look great!
