Anyone here watch The Strain or read the trilogy?

So I've been obsessed with this series (ugh why did the season have to end ) and was wondering if any fellow simmers here have watched or read the trilogy?

I watched the whole first season with 24 hours. I liked it a lot. :P However it's kinda polarizing. Ephraim and Nora are annoying to me, but most of the side characters are awesome. My favorite character is Thomas Eichorst. His World War II flashback scenes are my favorite parts.

What channel does that come on I have never seen it anywhere? I read the first book back when it first came out I think.

@cheesetruck I agree completely on Nora and Eph. Ugh, especially Eph and how he has a "it's my way or the high way" attitude. I find Eichorst to be so intriguing, a despicable human and vampire, but intriguing never the less.

@shadowcat85 It was on FX. Season ended back in October and they already took it off on demand Wonder if Netflix will pick it up?
