Hey everyone!

I've been posting my creations on the 'share your lot' thread, although I seem to be making so many that I've been slightly taking over that entire place and feel sort of bad about it. So I decided to move my stuff here!

I've reached over 4800 downloads! but only 29 followers :(

I'll show off the first lot that I decided to make in Sims

Contemporary Abode

Also one I haven't uploaded, considering it though

Redstone Townhome

Considering that had been my first build that was the only picture I took of it. For the following builds I'll make individual posts for them. I hope you all enjoy my creations.

USERNAME: Maovee if you care to follow me in game! Also all my builds showcased in this thread are also uploaded for anyone to play!

It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your homes :) The homes are great! I have been posting about them on the "Share your creations" thread and just wanted to say here again that they all look very nice! Very nice exterior designs of them! Simmers will enjoy downloading your homes and furnishing them to suit their sims needs and tastes.
    Happy simming and building! :)

Thank you, figured I'd stop posting every 30 minutes on the other thread and just make my own hehe.

you get that, you post on other simmer's posts and somehow your posts don't get seen to, so it's best to make your own and get seen by many others that previously didn't see your original post.

Thank you Cynthiee, I really appreciate when people say things like that because it makes it so much more worth it :) Although I really do love building, more than the game it seems!

True! I didn't think that I would be making so many creations which is why I was using the sharing thread. But now that I have many, I figured I'd make my own. :)

Alright so most of my builds have been over 30k, I decided why not make something that someone can use starting off? It's under 15k and I think it's pretty cute! It's going to be the house I use.

    Silvergate Starter

1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Kitchen already set up, same as the bathroom - Just missing the bedroom essentials and living room essentials. Completely move in ready!
The little room in the bedroom can be used as a walk-in closet or 2 piece bathroom if wanted.

I apologize for the lack of landscaping, figured as a starter was hard to purchase many plants and trees, especially since this cute little home runs you on the high end of a starter.

    Summerhill Starter

Better for a family considering the second floor has two bedrooms, 1 room is a master with an en-suite bathroom, only room for toilet and sink though. Both rooms are decent sizes. First floor consists of a washroom, kitchen and living room.

Perfect for simmies who like the traditional style homes!

    Mediterranean Starter

I don't usually do this style but I decided to give it a go. Here is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Mediterranean Starter. I actually kind of like it :3 As you'll see it is fairly small! but feels open with the archways.

Your Mediterranean starter home looks so nice! :) You have captured the style well! The front roofing structure looks great ! The stone texture looks great, and it looks very nice how you have done the raised front arches porchway entrance! Nice side patio area for sims to enjoy sitting at the table there outdoors in the sunshine. It is a nice home.
All your homes look very nice! :)

Thank you Rose, you're always so nice with the compliments. I'm not sure how much Mediterranean I'll do, I find I don't capture it as well as you say :P The top of the stone area bothered me quite a bit and still does a bit, I tried to have an overhang but didn't see it working too well.

Anyway, off to bed I go. Hopefully my thread won't be on page 99 by the time I come back tomorrow. :open_mouth:

Foxglove Cabin is very nice! :) The stone and the wooden texture of the exterior looks nice. It looks very nice how you have placed the windows. Sims will enjoy looking out through the windows at the views whilst indoors. Very nice covered over curved fence porch area for sims to enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating outdoors at the table in the air. It looks nice how you have used the spandrels there.
It is a nice home :)
