Calling all Sims 1 Players Problem solved thanks for reading anyway

Hi all,
What disk are you using to play especially if Makin Magic was your last install. Here is my problem: I tried to play my Sims 1 game. I placed the Sims making magic disk 1 in my DVD drive because my CD/DVD drive is toast. My icon on my desk top is for the Sims 1 complete collection. I look around in my folders for the Makin magic Icon and it is not there. I got the error use the correct cd rom. I thought I use to play it in either one of my drives. Should I try the complete collection cd?

Ok thanks for reading. Problem solved I need to use my complete collection cd 1. Not my Makin Magic Cd. put it in and it all came in fine.
