Ok lets get down to business: What would you rank my laptop
Heres rankings from lowest to highest:
1. Piece of junk
2. toaster
3. low-end
4. low/mid-end
5. mid-end
6. mid/high-end
7. high-end
8. very-high end
Specs:
CPU: Intel Pentium 2020M 2.4GHz
RAM: 4GB DDR3
GPU: Intel HD Graphics (plays near Ultra despite people calling IHDG junk)
HDD: 500GB 5400rpm Toshiba HDD
Display Size: 15.6 inch 1366x768

4 I have the same specs as you, by I can only play ts4 at medium low settings. Btw ts3 runs like butter for me.

yeah it plays but at a little performance loss except in Laptop Mode, But that looks bad to me now. Its all ultra except for lighting Medium and Edge smoothing on Low and sometimes Medium.
