I did this house earlier for a contest entry and had fun working with the foundation.

Small House Rancher is a great ranch home for a family to enjoy living in The green colour of the exterior walls looks nice. Nice back porch. The blue colour of the back porch roofing looks nice. Nice side patio area for the family members to keep their bikes in. Great layout of the interior floorplan of the home. It looks nice how you have used blue shades for the doors, porch columns and the windows. It looks great how you have done the porch railings and steps.
It is a nice home.:)

Thanks for your comment rosemow.It was actually a fairly easy build though it might be a little expansive and I'll have to create a CC-laden version for my own in-game use.
