i just bought a new desktop and went to play the sims 4 and my graphics are not showing up right. the thought bubbles do not show the graphics even my needs panel does not show up like it should. any suggestions?

You may want to post your pc specs for one of the more knowledgable people here. If your pc wasn't custom built for you, I'd suggest running Windows update and installing drivers for your graphics card (if you have one), motherboard, monitor, etc.
