Industrial Loft Starter is a lovely industrial style starter! @luckyheather Very nice glass roofing,and the windows walls are very nice.The basketball area is great! Very nice outdoors dining and easel painting area.The interior furnishings are lovely. Very nice brown and black colours, and the brick walls give a great look to the home. Very nice loft bedroom

Tiny Morrocan Home is a lovely Morrocan style starter home! @luckyheather Very nice exterior design,great dome roofing and the arch windows are very nice.The water fountain in the front area is pretty!Very nice curtained pergola. Sims will enjoy sitting there.The patterned flooring through the outdoors areas is lovely! Very nice side patio area to enjoy playing sabac. The bubbles machine and lamps patio is very nice! The interior furnishings are lovely! Very nice Morrocan style furniture. The wall tiling in the bathroom is pretty! Very nice beaded curtains in the bedroom and warm yellow colour.

Tiny Mid-Century Modern is a lovely desert starter home! @luckyheather Very nice mid century modern exterior design and great car port. Very nice outdoors dining and bbq area. The flowers and cactus through the outdoors areas are very nice! Sims will enjoy relaxing on the loungers and seats under the shade of the umbrellas. The interior furnishing is lovely and very pretty blue and orange colours, both indoors and outside. It is great that the garage has been converted to a bedroom.
Thanks very much @rosemow I really enjoyed creating the Tiny Mid-Century Modern as I have not done that style in such a long time. I was so pleased to find those umberellas from the new Weddings pack and the colours were right too and I thought the exterior red, white and blue were very Brittish like me Thanks again for a lovely review.

BG Starter Desert Rose is a lovely starter home! @Aaleyn Very pretty exterior design, great skylights, and very nice arch windows. The interior furnishings and layout are lovely! The floral wall pattern is pretty and very nice sunny windows corner sitting nook to enjoy reading in the sunlight. Very nice design of the kitchen corner. The shelving is very nice. Very pretty blue colour of the bedroom and very nice confetti wall print. The computer study desk nook is very nice

I wanted to make this a base game starter since there are many players who don't have any packs, and because I haven't yet made many base game builds and I want to make more of those as well.
It's a big challenge for me because I have many packs (and Kits) and I love to use them. There are more possibilities and styles and it's great to build and decorate with all those beautiful things, but sometimes it's good to challenge yourself and do it with fewer options and limitations
Thanks very much @rosemow for having a good look at my Cottage Orchard and for saying such nice things about it I was so pleased to be able to have chickens, Rabbits, birds and bees and still it only costs 18k

BG Starter Desert Rose is such a pretty Starter and its base game too thats great so anyone can use it. I love the bedroom with the computer in, I forget we can use a kitchen counter in place of a desk great idea and it takes up less space!

I was trying to keep the price as low as possible, so I was trying to figure out ways to use cheaper options and that kitchen counter in place of a desk was one way to make it a little bit cheaper, and it's actually quite fun that way too
I'm playing in this house myself: one of my sim is living there; (she started her career and is trying to earn money and later buy new things and decorate the house as she can afford over time) and actually I'm thinking: I might keep the original idea and instead of buying a new desk and a chair later on, I might buy a nice looking new kitchen counter + a new, more comfortable bar stool

Tiny Bluejay Cottage is a lovely basegame starter! @luckyheather Very pretty exterior design and lovely blue color. The blue and white flowers and blossoms are pretty! Very nice pool with fountain and loungers area. The bar counter and seat benches sitting area is very nice.The interior furnishings and open plan layout are lovely! Very nice windows sofa seats tv watching and reading area to enjoy the sunlight. The laptop kitchen counter is very nice.

Good idea @Aaleyn sticking with the counter idea I used your idea in the kitchen area of the cottage above and I used a laptop for a change, more costly but I was doing well with the price so it got the laptop
How I get the price of things lower is by always building with a sim as going into live mode and back into build the prices depreciate, not everyone knows that so I thought I would say in case you dont know that My builder sim carrys some of the reduced objects in her inventory plus harvest plants and seeds to plant etc.
