I haven't seen a trailer like from a trailer park on this forum, but I think I saw one in the gallery. I do know that there have been 🐸🐸🐸🐸 trailers made!
I made one called Trailer Estate, it is a little bit over the cost of a starter but that is because of upgraded items. If you bought it unfurnished you would still have enough to buy the essentials for starting out.
Your set of starter homes are great! @RyeCris16 Each of the homes are very nice! I have posted about them on your showcase thread. They are very nice homes! Sims will enjoy living in them.
Some great starter homes added since my last visit, awesome job everyone! My latest starter isn't anything fancy with my sole focus on space instead of furnishings/decor. It is a 5 bed/ 2 bath with a first floor master. It has basic furnishings in each room. I've utilized one of the bedrooms as a nursery. Hope you guys like!
Southern Starter is a very nice home ! @Chris2fer03 It is great that it has five bedrooms in it! Great exterior of it! The front dormer looks great! It looks nice how you have done the planter box window and the texture looks nice. The red colour of the exterior looks nice.
@Chris2fer....Oh My Goodness!! This is adorable. I fav'd on the Gallery. May have to download if I decide to play later. I am in BUILD mode right now so......who knows!! LOVE IT!!!
My Sims 4 remake of my Sims 3 build --- Decades Ago
Decades Ago II
This little blast from the past is just what your Sim needs. Cost, you may ask....about $18,300. AND it is upgraded and landscaped, sort of....
Your sims 4 version of Decades Ago looks very nice ! @Cassee It is a very nice starter home! The green colour of the exterior looks nice. Nice front porch. It looks nice how you have placed the flower cart on the porch for sims to enjoy seeing when they are sitting resting on the seat there or about to enter their home. The light on the front exterior beside the front door is welcoming for sims when coming home at night time. Nice back patio sitting area for sims to enjoy having a read outdoors. It looks great how you have angled the front and back steps. Very nice layout of the interior of the home. The pattern that you have used for the floors in the kitchen and bathroom looks nice. The tiling on the kitchen wall looks nice. It looks great how you have done the corner of cabinets in the kitchen. It looks great how you have used the terrain paint to create the front pathway and back patio.
It is a very nice starter !
@elanorbreton, thank you so much for starting this thread. Starters are the types of homes I need the most in my game. I've downloaded Flagstone Bungalow and the Dellach Palm House for my game. That looks like it is a perfect upgrade home. I'm also following you now so I should see your stuff come up in the gallery.
@asphyxiateddoll, I love you your starters . Particularly that Victorian one and that little Timeless Starter. I think I've posted about three or four likes and downloaded about three or four things from your page into my library and I'm following your stuff now. You have a wonderful sense of proportion and efficient use of space.
@KraftySim, I have downloaded and favourited the Daisy Hovel remodel, lovely work. I'm following your work now as well.
@DippyDesigns, Andalucia is absolutely beautiful and I have downloaded it and favourited it in my game and I am following your page now.
I have also bookmarked this thread to come back later so I can take a further look at everyone's content. And Elanor, thank you so much for starting a thread with homes I can actually use in my game. I will share my own starters in here a bit later, but mainly I wanted to compliment everyone on doing such beautiful work!
Wanted to do something with a 'sunken floor', and it became this starter... There are 2 beds in the attic. Attics are tricky, but I tested the beds and they both work. It only has 1 bathroom though, so I doubt you'd really want to play with a full family of four in this one

I don't think that these are starter homes though.

I would love to see a trailer in the design of this caravan by @Jayocean
Although stunning, unfortunately this one costs nearly $200,000
