Problems with logging in

Not sure if this is the right place to put this.
To clear up your remarks of ,"Well Rose you are logged in *weird emoji face thing*" I am actually SirCumberbatch. The reason why I have another account is because two people bought me the sims 3 and I made two accounts.
It says I messed up the password and email, when I got them correct. I tried to re-register since I apparently don't exist on the Sims 3 site, but it says I do. No matter how many times I get it right it doesn't show up as correct.
You might reply,"You were on earlier :p " I accidently logged out. And now I'm stuck with this new member account. If you know a solution to this crisis please reply :)
Edit:Grammarical Error Fix (yes grammarical is a word now shh)
Plus, I joined to modeling competitions to make things worse. Luckily the second assignments don't come for a few days.
