Tiny Aliens Home is a very great home! @luckyheather Very creative exterior design! The blue, pink, white colors, the alien plants and the spaceship all look great! Very nice floating ufos over the roof! The pool is very nice around the base of the home. Very lovely furnishing and layout of the interior! Very nice curved sofa seating in the study nook area.The basement rooms are great! Very nice room for sims to enjoy drinks from the bar, dancing and using the bubbles machine. The science lab tables room is great! Very nice floor patterning through the home areas. The bakciṉnnbdfIt is great that there is the wormhole generator so that the aliens can return home

Sims3 players would find that tasteful compared to the really crackers Maxis builds we got in Lunar Lakes.

@GoddessByline Lol yes some of them were but I loved that world and enjoyed playing on it. I did build a few builds in Sims 4 that were inspired by that world including the Heart house Lol I did so long ago.

I'm back with two new builds! One is a tiny (less than 100 tiles) traditional Japanese home and the other is an ice cream restaurant and self-serve shoppe with wild rabbits and a freezer bunny theme.

Bedlington Beach House is a lovely cape cod style beach home! @tatselk Very nice exterior design, pretty flowerbox windows, great roofing, and the outdoors dining and bbq area is very nice. Very nice sitting area on the front porch. The interior furnishing is lovely! Very nice wood wall and warm wood texture of the furniture.The fireplace sitting area to enjoy tv is very nice,with pretty lamps either sides of chair. Very nice windows dining area with nautical wallart. The lighthouse is a great nautical touch on the table beside the beds in the kids room.

Tiny Starter With Pool is a lovely modern tiny living starter home! @luckyheather The flowers are pretty and very nice sitting area in the front garden. Very nice glass roofing.The interior furnishing and layout is lovely! Very nice black,white and yellow colors, and stylish design.The wall and floor patterns are very nice. The pool and loungers area is very nice. Sims will enjoy painting on the garage door whilst listening to music.

Tiny Minka Japanese Home is a lovely Asian home! @ashcrash19 The string lantern lights are pretty and very nice restful bamboo at front entry. Very nice restful zen garden and the corner pond is very nice. The interior furnishings and layout are lovely! The floral wall divider separating the dining and living rooms is pretty. Very nice wall patterns. The bathroom wall tiling is sweet!
Freezer Bunny Ice Cream Shoppe is sweet! The freezer bunny sign on roofing is great! The flowers along front fencing are pretty. The interior dining tables area is lovely! The wall pattern is pretty,and very nice patterned rug. Very lovely blue and pink colors. The iceceam makers corner nook is very nice. Sims will enjoy listening to stereo music whilst eating their ice creams

Playing the game is proving more inspiring than I thought after all. Lottery Day came around and Nathan actually won the jackpot! 500,000$. So, I decided I would build a Nightclub in the Spice Market District of San Myshuno, and use mods to turn it into a Gay Club.


Specifically, tuning mods like the following 3 by LittlMsSam

- Gender & more Lot Trait (to limit the clientele by sex, age & other traits)
- More Visitors Lot Trait (to spawn more sims by select criterias)
- More Buyable Venues (to turn the nightclub into a purchasable property)


After that, it was just a matter of letting the game generate the staff and turn all the females into males in CAS.

Industrial Bedroom is a lovely industrial style bedroom! @arcHannah The brick wall texture of the bed area gives a great look to the room and the windows nook is very nice for sims to wake up to sunlight coming through the windows. Very nice laundry corner. The industrial style metal study desk computer nook is great! Sims will enjoy painting on the easel. Very nice clothes and shoes area. The front engine of a car is a great industrial item on the wall

Casuarina Starter is a lovely modern family starter! @AIRIS6962 Very nice white wall color and the patterned wall panels are very nice. Very nice flower topped fencing and great outdoors loungers sitting nook. The interior furnishing and open plan layout are lovely! Very nice black,white and blue colors. It looks very nice the way you placed the wallart in the living room area. The loft bed and study room area is great!
