Family Home is lovely! @surlybadger Very nice exterior design, warm stone textured walls, pretty flower box windows, and lovely front garden areas! The flowers, water fountain, and the wishing well are lovely! Very nice greenery topped fencing. The backyard pool, bar and outdoors dining patio is very nice! Sims will enjoy having drinks from the bar or drinks from the tray. They will enjoy cooking meals on the bbq and eating outdoors in the sunshine. It is great there is a hot tub there. Very lovely interior furnishings! The open plan layout and warm natural colours are very nice. Very sitting area in the living room to enjoy watching tv. Very lovely master bedroom! The blossoms are pretty on the bedside tables
Honestly tho, I messed up this build. I knew that the original Magic HQ is built on a 50x40 lot. But since the Magic Realm is unbelievably dim (even with reshade), I decided that I'd build the new shell in Newcrest's Twin Oracle instead where the lighting was better. I figured I could just plop it down on-site when it's finished, then I could start landscaping and furnishing. But I ran into an issue...more on that later!
Arriving Sims will enter the HQ through these staircases that lead straight up the sanctum.
To give it that mystical look, all structures are built atop a reflecting pool (right now it's just a ditch, but I'll fill it with water once the water tool feature in the July 2021 update releases) and is interconnected by bridges.
This is the Sanctum where Spellcasters can duel with each other.
It’s cavernous and light-filled.
There is a kitchen in the basement.
And toilets too which are lit by floating candelabras.
Each “school of magic” is housed in one of the four towers that surround the Sanctum.
I tried to incorporate each of the sage's personalities into the interiors of their towers while retaining the aesthetics set by the OG Maxis build—sort of…
For Simeon Silversweater, Sage of Practical Magic.
He's a gloomy snob so I divided his area into outer and inner spaces. The fancy decor, books, and magic paraphernalia are all on the exterior. But his sitting area is shrouded in curtains underneath for privacy.
For L. Faba, Sage of Mischief Magic
She used to be housed in the basement of the old Magic HQ so I made her area dark and gothic. Her magical workspace is upstairs.
For Morgyn Ember, Sage of Untamed Magic
They used to work in an open above-ground flower garden. I made plants grow through the cracks of their tower's floor as an homage. Their personal belongings and desk are in a loft that overlooks their work area.
I mentioned before that I first built this elsewhere. Therefore, I failed to see that several trees on the perimeter actually have their branches encroaching into the lot. As a result, some trees are clipping into the build.
Rebuilding is impossible, so I just incorporated it into my interiors. In my mind, the fourth tower may have belonged to another sage. But after they had gone, the magic protecting it weakened, and the building fell into disrepair. Eventually, the elements broke in and now it is also being slowly ripped apart by the Magic Realm’s cataclysm. But the trees fade away when you zoom in on Live Mode; so it shouldn't be an issue in gameplay, right?
I highly recommend using this mod so the sages stay put in their proper towers.
I know the build has its issues but I just cannot give up the pond and fountains. It looks even more fantastical with the fireflies too!
Thanks for reading through all of that! Happy Simming and I wish you an awesome day!
Thanks you @rosemow for that wonderful review of my Mexican Chilli kitchen and for the challenge as thanks to creating the kitchen I was inspired to create the house to go with it Thanks for the lovely words about the Mexican Villa too

Fish market. Very simple concept for a lot in Brindleton Bay by the docks (but of course you can place it anywhere you see fit).
Every fish from the game can be easily purchased there, including rare ones and the endangered ones from Sulani (no vampire squid, though, as I don't have Vampires). Also, all seashells.
Useful for sims who like cooking but do not like fishing. Or simply if you want to purchase cool pet fish to put in a fish-tank or to mount as decoration in your Sim's home.
Fish Market is a great place for sims to enjoy coming to and buying fish for cooking or to have in their homes as pets or for decorations! @TARDISgrade Very nice layout with the fish on the counters along the edges of the lot. It is great that all the fish that are in the game can be bought there.

Many, many thanks for all your wonderful kindness and support dear @rosemow your beautiful words always bring much happiness and are such a great pleasure to read
So I never really do a park build, but seeing that here in South Africa where some people are causing so much looting and destruction by our malls, I tried something new as I just needed to try and break away from the unknown and fearful times we are currently facing.
Green Dreams Park is the gallery name
A lovely park with a picnic area, playground for the kids, pretty garden, chess. If you know of a #homeless or #runaway sim, this park has a building, not so pretty, but it does have a couch for a softer nap. This small building may be turned into a library or art area, the park owners ran out of money and therefore the small bulding was never finished. #park I USED BB.MOVEOBJECTS
Green Dreams Park is a very lovely park! @Christelle Very nice design, layout, and the plants and flowers edged pathways are very nice! Great kids play area for them to have fun playing on the pirate ship and monkey bars. Very nice outdoors dining area for sims to enjoy cooking meals on the grill and eating the meals at the picnic table in the sunshine. Very pretty lilypads pond. It is very nice there is a large water fountain in the middle of the park. Sims will have fun playing chess
Thanks @rosemow for that great review of the Cafe I kept changing my mind about a theme so I just went with modern and white with green always looks so clean and fresh. By the way the name came to me because of using the Snowy Escape reward for climbing the mountain, I love that wall decoration So I added the rocks and crystals at the front to go with the name. I am pleased you like the Cafe, thanks again.
Dovetail is a gorgeous Villa @masajo and I admire anyone who can furnish so many rooms and so perfectly I get bored just doing 3 bedrooms/bathrooms Lol I Love the outside view of the home I said Wow out loud when I saw it! Stunning creation....as usual!
Wonderful Park @Christelle and I think its pretty even if you dont great that homeless or a runaway can use it and it will get lots of use for the new Picnic basket we will be getting soon.
Peak Performance Gym is a lovely modern gym! @SnowBnuuy Very nice exterior design, white colour, and the bikes and basketball area is great! Very nice blue colour scheme of the interior areas. The wall and floor tiling in the bathroom is very nice. Very nice areas for sims to use the punching bags, weighs machines, rock climbimg wall, weights machines and treadmills to keep fit. Very nice cafe area to enjoy food and a drink after training
Got the Bug Love is a very lovely bugs themed study! @luckyheather It is great that Grandma loves bugs and wants her grandchildren to like them too! The design and furnishing of the study with lots of insects items is very nice! The insects glass cases look great throughout the room! The bugs themed wallart on the walls are very nice! The ladybug rug and the ladybug on the clothes closet ledge are sweet! Very nice windows study desk nook for them to enjoy researching bugs together on the computer. The butterfles lights on the wall and windows are pretty!
I have posted more on the challenge thread.
Thank you @rosemow for your great review saying what you saw and liked about Grandmas bug room I had a lot of fun creating it today even though most insects scare me Lol but I do appreciate why we have them Thanks again for a fun challenge.
