I've got a new warehouse - I know it looks a lot like my previous warehouse(s) but they do generally look the same on the outside. Besides, the one I built before this one sort of was a test. This one is for the Neighbourhood Redevelopment Project.
239 Beech Street
Residential; 30x20; 2 bed; 3 bath; 95.853; NoCC; NoMOO; base game only; play tested.
This is the first of three seemingly identical warehouses - I used the same shell for all of them, but the interior will be different, both in plan and furnishing. These were storage buildings back when Willow Creek did most of its business by river. Now that trade goes via teleportation, these disused warehouses are turned into industrial style lofts.
This one has two bedrooms, suited for young adults, both have an ensuite bathroom and there’s also a bathroom on the ground floor. The main living area is open space and there’s still plenty of space to put stuff in. There’s a separate study room on the highest floor, with a nice view over the river.
Here is my entry for the current Build-n-Share challenge, a house renovation in the Federal style. We had a huge budget and a 50 x 50 lot to work with, and the biggest challenge was to spend money! I didn't even come close to the §600K budget. So here is 9 Federal Way.
If you're interested in more pictures, I have a rather lengthy slideshow here.
239 Beech Street @MDianaSanders is very beautiful dear. @StSciurus very beautiful creation love all the detail sweetie. Thank you both for sharing here with the community!
Lot's of awesome builds in this thread! I couldn't even think of catching up on faves and comments at this point however I did get the last several pages done.
239 Beech Street and 9 Federal Way are both very nice homes! MDianaSanders and St.Sciurius Both of the different styles of the homes are very nice and the exteriors of them and type of furnishings used reflect the themes very well! I have posted about your builds on your showcase threads.
Unfortunately I can't post images nor links - great to be a member for several years.... And gallery pics are not too catchy of my building.
However I hope someone will like my castle. I put a lot of time into it to build it.

Hello @Marslakoo Otroac Mansion is very nice! Very nice exterior design of the castle! The layout of the bulld looks great! The roof covered corners look great! The dome type windows look very nice in the build. Very nice entrance gate area. It is nice that there is an indoors spa for sims to enjoy relaxing in the tub. They will enjoy having parties in the ballroom.
You would have spent a lot of time creating this castle build. It is a very nice castle home!
I've got another warehouse ready, it looks the same on the outside, but this one is for a family
241 Beech Street
Residential; 30x20; 3 bed; 4 bath; 95.700; NoCC; NoMOO; base game only; play tested.
This converted warehouse is kind of a family home. There’s a spacious open plan living area on the ground floor, with study, kitchen and living room, as well as a small bathroom. On the floor above it is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The top floor has two ensuite bedrooms, one for a teen and one for a child.
@StSciurus - 9 Federal Way is absolutely beautiful, just the kind of grand house my sims would live in several generations down the line! I will definitely download it once I've caught up with buying expansion packs.
241 Beech Street is a very nice second build in your converted warehouse series MDianaSanders Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! It is a very nice family home. I have posted about your home on your showcase thread,
@StSciurus - no problem. I'm just looking through your Showcase thread and I am OBSESSED with your work. Your style is exactly the kind of buildings I love to play in. Will definitely be downloading a bunch of stuff of yours!

Thank you, @rosemow for sharing my lot's link and for the nice words. I am sorry that I was not able to share some nicer indoor photos. Seems like I have to be a bit more active on the forums first.
This is a previous build, Goldilocks, extended to first floor level, designed for BnS Challenge 50 with a change of style to Federal. The main additions are a nursery and kids room for twins with a Jack and Jill bathroom, a teen outdoorsy bedroom, master bedroom and guest bedroom all with en-suite bathrooms, study, yoga/meditation/massage room and several balconies for relaxation
Oaklands is such a very nice home! Masajo Very nice exterior design of the home! The federal style looks great! The flowers in the front garden areas look so very, very pretty! It is a very nice and detailed home! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The furnishing of each of the bedrooms looks very nice! I have posted about your build on your showcase thread.
Welcome the final build in downtown Windenburg starring Godetons Pointe which features an upscale restaurant with piano bar/ lounge. Private dining for that special date or party is available in the VIP section. Call ahead for reservations at Windenburg's finest dining establishment with exquisite views of the ocean and city skyline in its oldest and brightest lighthouse.
My newest lot just uploaded. I think its a nice house for the Sim whose looking to settle down and give up the single life. This bungalow is the perfect size and price for newlyweds and young families.
Parkview Bungalow is a very nice home! Archer_Girl Very nice exterior of the home, and the layout of the interior looks very nice. Very nice red and white colour scheme of the kitchen and dining room. I have posted about your home on your showcase thread.
Love this! Totally imposing and bold architecture and colors. Looks like an evil villain's company!
Haha thanks, the area screams for large imposing structures considering that fountain is 4 stories high all by itself. I didnt want to do another cute typical lighthouse so I took my inspiration from Lord of Chale Walter de Godeton who built St Catherine's Oratory (also known as "pepperpot") as penance for relieving the church of some of its wine in 1313. The real structure is 4 stories high and is on the Isle of Wight.
