Theory of S.P.A,C,E is a very nice space themed streaming studio! Great design of the room!The green color scheme and the brick walls is very nice, The piping on wall looks great!
!Sims will enjoy streaming on the video station about space. The pedestal and crystal on it is a nice touch.

Augustine Retreat is a lovely and warm home! Very nice exterior design , and nice outdoors dining area on the back porch. Sims will enjoy doing flower arranging on the flower arrangement table. It is great that there are pets items there, for pets to also live in the home.
Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior! The pink color scheme is pretty! Very nice corner dining nook for Sims to enjoy sitting at the table eating a meal. They will enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer . The dog print looks great on the wall! The kitchen wall pattern is nice and the fruit bowl is a nice touch.
Very nice patterned curtains in the bedroom. The tapestry and pictures on the walls are pretty!

Newcrest Traditional is a very nice family home! Very nice exterior design, and the open plan layout and interior furnishings are lovely! Very nice warm colors of the living areas. The wooden texture of the furnishings is calming and nice. Very nice kitchen wall pattern.
Sims will enjoy playing the llama tabletop game or enjoy sitting resting on the sofa watching tv or reading books. The kids artwork is homely on the wall.

Knitcraft Korner is a lovely family home! Very nice exterior design, glass roofing bringing in sunshine, great windows used and very nice greenery on walls. Lovely outdoors dining and gardening patio. The candles are pretty on the table.

Brawler Beginnings is a lovely makeover of the apartment! The colours and the striped wall pattern are very nice. Very nice layout of the apartment and the furnishing of each area is great! Very nice windows corner area in the kitchen for sims to enjoy looking out at the city views. Very nice wood flooring in the living area. The ceiling lights are very nice. Sims will like using punching bag to keep fit. The colourful wall mural is very nice on the wall and the floral patterned dining table is very nice for eating meals on
Tiny Meditteranean is a lively Mediterranean family starter home! Very nice exterior design, and lovely outdoors dining and bbq patio! The colourful patterned table and chairs are pretty! Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior! The warm wood texture of the furniture is very nice. The floral wall art and craft on the walls are very nice in the living and dining areas. Very nice windows corner study desk area in the kids room to do homework, They will enjoy playing the guitar. Very lovely wall tiling in the bathroom
Calmness Bath & Wash is a very lovely modern bathroom and laundry! Very nice design,layout, furnishings and lovely calming color!Very nice laundry nook with laundry themed items and hair dryer on the shelving and on top of the washer and dryer. The windows bath tub nook is great!The towel and beauty items shelving are great on the walls and in the nearby tiered shelving item. The blue floor rug is nice for standing on after bathing, The butterflies art on the toilet nook wall and the candles and blossom plant on the laundry nook table are pretty!Sims will wearing hanging bath robe after showering.Very nice sink counter area! The beauty items and soap on the counter are great for sims to use,

Industrial Studio is a lovely industrial style bedroom and living room Very nice furnishing of it using items from the new kit. The wall texture gives a great look and feel to the room.
