can't load rooms from gallery

i'm having trouble putting rooms on to my lot from the gallery. when i add the rooms to my library then click the button to add to lot it won't load. it will show the room in my folder under custom rooms and shows it's picture. when i click the pic nothing happens. some will load just fine but most won't. the rooms that were given with the base game work fine, it's the rooms from the gallery that won't load. some will but most won't.
