The example mod - typewriter sculpture

Has anyone here had any luck placing the typewriter sculpture from the example mod on their lot? I keep getting "Script error" flash.

Oh never mind, I had to make that empty folder in my Mods folder. No idea what it's meant to do, but there you are.
