Can Elders retire and collect a pension? I haven't seen the option on the phone (It's either find job or quit job) but I seem to see some people saying their Elders retired. Maybe they're just quitting and RPing it as retiring? Anyone know?

Yes. It's a phone option. Might be other places, too.

My elders both had the option on their phones after they aged up.

I just found it -- this is my third elder I've played and the first time I've found it. It's at the top of the phone menu instead of down with the job stuff -- that's the only thing close to an excuse I have.
