Long time without updating here !! I built some lots for challenges, as the latest ones I showed here. Not stunning creations, but I enjoyed making them. Who doesn´t like challenges?

They helped me to "warm up the engines" with the building mode in TS4, since I was a year without building.
Since I´m using cheats and I´m a MOO lover, my lots are play tested, I´m a player and I like to build for playing.

It should be limited to the 40,000$ and I don´t own the Spooky Stuff, so I made what I could LOL

For Build-n-Share Challenge#28 I made a starter lot, a sim and a balcony:

TOTAL COST: 19,969

DETAILS: I wanted to make a studio apartment above a shop to get a semblance of being located downtown or very close, to get a more urban appearance, like in "the city". The store is fully simulated. I used pink everywhere because is her favourite color.

DETAILS: She has childish look, little chest but a bit fat bottom and thighs because she spends much time sitting at the computer. She is petite and has a poorly developed muscles. Pale skin because does not take much sun.

DETAILS: Plants and greenery, a fountain and comfortable armchairs in this balcony, though small, cozy from which to contemplate the sunset, alone or with her boyfriend. Smelling the scent of flowers and relax listening to the sound of water from the fountain.

Witch House has such a cool exterior design, Inma. Love the mix of ramshackle furnishings with some nice pieces. Very nice job making it scary without the spooky stuff pack. Now why hasn't hubby gotten the new pack for you yet?? You better start bugging him a little so he'll get a move on.

The Three Stones Campsite is wonderful! Love the ponds joining the swimming hole. Thanks for the cute pic on my wall of this adorable campground! Loved seeing poor Bree having to, "go" heeheehee

La Vie En Rose is such a sweet apartment! Love the pinks used throughout this cute build. Nice job on Tashira Nuvalis! She's adorable and I see she's also a vampire, lol. I adore her gorgeous balcony, Sunset View! So romantic. Good luck in the challenge!

The Last Home

I´ve inspired in Lady Augusta Blanche. I magine her full of romance and passion (this is why her bedroom is red) but delicated, elegant and distinguished in her manners. She loves music and receiving at home. So she need an elegant home with luxury but without excesses, and equiped of all she need inside and outside, such as a lovely graveyard an mausoleum for her beloved husband.

The Last Home is very nice! The exterior design and colour of the home is so very pretty! The roofing is very nice! It looks very nice the types of and how you have placed the windows in the build! The roof covered front porch is very nice. The columns look nice there. The hedging and plants fencing looks nice on the edges of the lot. The flowers in the front courtyard areas look very pretty! The water fountain is very nice there amidst the flowers. The tall lamp lights are nice touches there. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The home has an elegant, calming and peaceful feel. The living room is very nice ! The pink and white wall paneling looks nice. Very nice layout of the room. Very nice fireplace armchairs and sofas sitting area for sims to enjoy resting there, watching tv and warming up near the fire. The floral wall picture is pretty for sims to see when sitting there. Nice windows sitting area for sims to enjoy relaxing there having a chat with the sunshine coming in through the window. The flowers on the coffee table and middle round table are nice for sims to look at when sitting there. The floor rugs add to the very nice look of the room. The arches look nice how you have used them to separate off the rooms. Very nice design of the kitchen! The wall pattern is nice. The hanging pans and pots, bottles, wall knives, menu board, tongs, pans, fruit bowl and hot chocolate items are nice kitchen touches there. The fireplace sitting room with the teaset on the coffee table looks very nice. The candlelights there add a very nice look in the room. The flowers are a pretty touch on the table between the armchairs. Very nice master bedroom and bathroom! The red colour scheme of the room looks so nice! The type of and placement of the curtains in the bedroom looks so very nice! They look very nice placed around the bed. The ottoman stool looks nice at the foot of the bed. The large floor rugs look very nice in the room. The red flowers on the bathroom sink counter are pretty for sims to see when using the sink. The bathroom floor tiling is very nice. Very nice outdoors dining patio. Sims will enjoy sitting at the umbrella covered table eating meals in the sunshine. The mauselum area looks very restful. The hedge arch entrance to the area look nice. The exterior of the building looks nice. The tombstone nook looks very peaceful. The candlelights look nice on the edges of the tomb, and the wreath and top hat statue are nice touches there.
The home is very elegantly nice!
