Hi everyone! It's me, suepea here on the forums, but photobella on the S4 Gallery.
Thanks for stopping in to see my TS4 Build Showcase!

Welcome to the Valentine Café and Shops Revisited!

Can I tell you how much I love this lot? When I first created it I was pretty disappointed because it just didn't present well on the Gallery. But I still played it a lot and it's so much fun. It can be a retail space, a lounge and a place for your Sims to live all the time. I pretty much just have them work there and stay there and don't go home. But they can eat, sleep and shower and get all their needs met so it doesn't seem to matter that it isn't their real residence. Lots of NPC Sims show up during business hours and to have drinks at the bar. I didn't include a cupcake maker but I bet that would make the bakery and cafe side even more fun to play.

Your Colonial home is very nice! Very nice exterior of the home! The flower box open shutter windows are very nice. Very nice curved front porch and upper balconies! The green colour of the exterior is nice. Very nice back porch area of the house for sims to enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating their under the cover of the back porch at the tables there, enjoying being in the outdoors air. The lavender flowers look nice how you have placed them on the front edge of the home, and the colourful flowers along the edges of the back of the house looks very pretty! Sims will enjoy sitting on the seats on the upper balcony, looking out at the views. The plants look nice either side of the chairs. The chimneys look great! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! Very nice living room! Nice comfortable sofa seats that you have placed there for sims to enjoy sitting relaxing in front of the fire, reading a book from the bookcase or watching tv. The wall pattern looks nice, great study desk nook for sims to enjoy using the computer at the desk table. The musical picture on the study desk wall is nice for sims to see when sitting there. It looks great how you have placed the bookcases either side of the shelves. The books are a nice touch on the coffee table. Sims will have fun playing chess there, Very nice design of and furnishing of the kitchen! The L shaped bar stool counter is great! The knives set, mugs rack, hanging pots and the condiments tray on and over the counters are great kitchen touches there. It looks nice the type of and how you have placed the kitchen cabinets in the room. Nice pattern that you have used for the walls . The corner of kitchen cabinets looks great! It looks great how you have an archway to go from the kitchen to the dining room. Very nice dining room! The teaset on the table, the fruit bowl, the plates on the wall and the display shelves in the nook corner all look great, and add niceness to the dining atmosphere. The floral picture on the wall is nice for sims to see when dining there. Very nice master bedroom! Nice sitting area for sims to enjoy sitting on the seats resting and chatting and watching tv. The clothes shelf and shoes nook looks great! The fireplace will keep the room warm, and the flowers on the fireplace ledge are nice for sims to see when laying in bed. Very nice furnishing of the kids bedrooms! Nice patterns that you have used for the walls. The floral pattern in the girls bedroom looks pretty, and very curtains you have placed on the windows! The heart theme pattern on the beds looks nice. Great study desk area for sims to enjoy using the computer at the desk table. The giraffe there looks cute! Sims will have fun playing with the doll house. The flower wall lights look very nice! The big animal in the boys room and the starry themed patterned bed and floor rug looks great! Great animal pattrrn of the wall. The bathroom wall tiling looks very nice. Nice art nook area for sims to enjoy painting on the easel, with the sunlight coming in through the window.
It is a very nice home!

Shingle Style Victorian is a very nice home! The exterior design of it is very nice! Very nice roofing! The texture of the exterior looks great and the wraparound porch looks very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting on the seats on the porch, enjoying being outdoors in the air. The flower box windows are nice. It looks very nice how you have used the roof trimming. Very nice outdoors patio and porch areas! Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq there and eating their meals there at the umbrella covered tables in the sunshine, or sit at the dining table on the porch. Very nice outdoors sitting area where you have placed the seat benches around the edges of the water fountain! Sims will enjoy sitting there having a chat. Great gardening area for sims to enjoy growing and harvesting plants in the gardening boxes. The flower cart looks nice there. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! Very nice design of and furnishing of the kitchen! It looks very nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets there! The curved island bar stool counter is great! The condiments, bottles and mugs rack on the counters are nice kitchen touches. Very nice dining room! It looks nice how you have done the drinks cabinet area. The side wall table looks nice there with the flowers and teaset on it. Very nice pattern and calm colour that you have used for the dining room walls. The floral picture on the wall is nice for sims to see whilst dining there. It looks very nice how you have placed the plates decor items on the corner walls and have placed the display shelves item in the corner. Very nice living room. It looks nice how you have placed the sofa and armchairs there. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there watching tv and having a chat. The candles are a nice touch on the coffee table. Great study desk table nook there for sims to enjoy sitting there and having a read of a book or using the computer. It looks very nice how you have placed the shelves on the wall in front of the study desk, and it looks nice the type of and how you have placed the items on the shelves for sims to enjoy seeing whilst sitting there. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! Nice colours and panelling that you have used for the walls. Great study desk table nook areas in the bedrooms for sims to enjoy sitting at and using the computer. It looks great how you have placed the bed in the alcove in the boys bedroom. The sunflowers picture on the wall in the bathroom is nice for sims to see whilst bathing in the triangular bath. The clothes shelf and shoes rack are nice home touches in the girls bedrooom. The pink wall panelling loks nice there. Nice corner purple seat sitting area, and the purple pink floor rug is a nice touch beside the bed. Very nice furnishing of the nursery! The pattern on the wall looks great and the tedddy looks very cute! The animal pictures look very nice how you have placed them on the wall. Little sims will enjoy looking at the pictures and pattern prints that are on the walls.

@suepea - Well I am still missing sims 3! I miss the sims 3 graphics, all the lovely store stuff, terrain tools, MOO etc. etc. but I am getting used to sims 4! I hope with addition of expansion packs the game would be more interesting for builders and players.

Very Victorian is a very nice home! The exterior design of it is so very nice! Very nice roofing! The front porch is very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting on the seat benches there on the porch looking out at the views. It looks very pretty how you have placed the flowers on the edges of the porch! The hedge fencing along the sides of the lot and the hedge archway entrance looks nice. Very nice layout of the build. The outdoors areas are very nice! Very nice pool and outdoors living area! Sims will have fun swimming in the pool or enjoy sitting poolside at the umbrella covered tables, enjoying the sunshine. The back porch is very nice. It looks nice how you have used open shutter windows in the build. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The design of the kitchen is very nice! The island bar stool counter is nice and it looks nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets. The pattern that you have used for the kitchen walls is nice. The bottles, fruit bowl and knife block on the counters and the hanging pots are nice kitchen touches there. The wreath on the wall is a nice festive touch. It is nice that you have a fireplace in the kitchen. The fruit picture and eggs basket that you have placed on the fireplace ledge looks nice and homely. Very nice dining room. The teaset on the table adds a nice touch in the room. It looks nice how you have a number of dining seats on the sides of the table as well as at the ends, so many sims can enjoy eating their meals together. Very nice living room! The layout of the room is very nice. It looks nice how you have placed the sofa and armchairs for sims to enjoy sitting having a chat, reading a book and watcing the tv. The bookcases look great placed either side of the tv to create an alcove section. The red flowrers on the ciffee table are nice for sims to see when sitting there. Very nice musical instruments nook area. Sims will enjoy sitting on the armchairs in the window sitting alcove listening to the music being played on the piano or violin, with the sunlight coming in. It looks great how you have placed the pictures on the walls. The wall pattern and panelling looks nice. The pink colour scheme of the girls bedroom looks very nice. The posters on the walls of the bedroom are very nice for the sims to see whilst laying in bed. Nice sofa sitting area in the room. The fish bowl on the table is restful for sims to look at whilst sitting there. It looks great how you have done the bath tub alcove in the bathroom. The hanging robe on the wall there is a homely touch. The clothes shelf and shoes rack alcove in one of the double bedrooms is very nice! It looks nice how you have done the dresser alcove. The clothes and toiletries look nice how you have placed them on the dresser. The animal pictures look cute on the bedhead wall in the boys bedroom! The pattern on the walls looks nice. Very nice fireplace armchairs sitting area in the other double bedroom. The sunflowers picture there on the wall and the buterflies photo are sunny and pretty for sims to enjoy seeing whilst sitting there. The floral picture on the bedhead wall is very nice for sims to see when waking in the mornings. The coat stand and shelf and shoes rack that you have placed near the front door create a nice homely feel for sims as they enter the home.
It is a very nice home!
