Here is a gym built in Oasis Springs for the Drifter Challenger (house 9). There are lots of fitness and wellness activities including dance studio, sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, massage room, yoga studio and gym. Outdoors is a rear bbq patio and space for basketball practice plus an upper balcony for relaxation and pingpong. Bar and cafe also included
Gymshark is a lovely modern gym with many activities for sims to enjoy doing both indoors and outside! Very stylishly nice exterior design! The stone texture of the wall areas are very nice, and the glass windows are very nice bringing in sunlight to the venue. The car park nook is great! Very lovely interior areas! The reception desk counter area is very nice! The pretty flowers on the counter are lovely for sims to see as they check in and the sports trophies are great on the pedestals! It is very nice that there is both an indoors pool area as well as sims enjoying swimming in the outside pool. They will have fun playing basketball on the outside court and using the rock wall.Very lovely cafe area! Sims will enjoy sitting at the tables eating food and drinks that they have bought from the cafe counter, after doing their training.The alternating green and yellow color of the seats are a sunny and cheerful touch. Very lovely yoga studio and the massage room is very nice! Sims will enjoy quietly doing yoga on the mats with sunshine coming in onto them through the windows. They will enjoy having a relaxing massage on the table and in the chair. The bbq patio is very nice for cooking on the bbq and eating outside in the air. The candles are pretty on the picnic tables. It is very nice that there are sauna rooms for resting there. Sims will enjoy dancing to the music on the dance floor in the dance studio. Very nice fitness room for sims to enjoy using the variety of gym equipment to keep fit. They will have great views of the outdoors to see through the windows whilst training. Very nice bar area for sims to enjoy having a drink from the bar after their training. The drink shelves are a great touch on the walls.They will have fun playing darts there, and ping pong on the outside balcony.

Upton Abbey is a very beautiful family home! The ruins with greenery on the walls, and the trees, plants and fishing pond are very nice! The outdoors areas are lovely! Sims will enjoy sitting on the log wood stump seating around the firepit keeping warm. Very nice nook area for sims to enjoy cooking meals on the bbq and dining in the nice restful greenery setting. Kids will have fun playing on the monkey bars and all sims will like playing chess. The underground family home areas are lovely! Very nice layout and furnishings! The colour scheme is nice and calming! Very nice open plan kitchen, dining and living. The wood textured furniture is very nice and pretty flowers on the dining table. The leafy wall art is restful. Very nice sofa and armchairs fireplace sitting area for the family to enjoy sitting near the fire and watching tv together or reading books. The kids will like sitting on the cute animal chair! The candles are calming on the fireplace ledge. Very nice study room for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk using the computer. The map is a great touch on the wall, and the fish tank nook is restful to look at the fish. The patterned floor rug is pretty! Very nice furnishing and design of each of the bedrooms! The children’s and the toddlers bedrooms are very sweet! The soft toys and animal chairs are cute! The kids will enjoy playing with the dollhouses. Very nice corner nook reading area in the toddlers room. Kids will like using the science lab table in the kids room and playing with the puppet theatre.

Roselea is such a beautiful modern home! Love the different ext. colors for the walls! They go very nicely together! The pool/patio/outdoor seating areas are all so cozy and beautiful! The living room is beautifully designed and decorated! The kitchen looks great with all the utensils/misc. decor you used! Bedrooms look great and that magic area looks fantastic! Great work on this lovely home!

Crumpledown Place is a lovely old run down lodge home! Very nice exterior design,lovely patterned walls and the greenery on the walls and overgrown plants, flowers on the home edges looks great! Very nice interior layout. The lot traits are great!
This is a contemporary Art Gallery created in Magnolia Promenade. The ground floor comprises reception area, WCs and gallery. Further galleries can be found on the first floor and on the top floor is a bar and a private suite. Outdoors there is a quiet courtyard with bbq and seating plus an area for painting
Visions and Variety is a very lovely Art Gallery! The brown brick wall texture is very nice and type and placemat of the windows looks very great! Very lovely furnishing of the interior! The top hat statues look great either sides of the door! Very nice reception desk area and the curtains on the windows and flowers on the desk are pretty! Very nice armchairs sitting and reading area. It looks great the way the artwork is on display on the Gallery walls on each level! The art statues/sculptures are great for sims to view. Very nice courtyard area for sims to enjoy cooking meals on the grill and eating meals in the sunshine. The pots and flowers are pretty! Very nice easel nook to enjoy doing painting outdoors. The seat benches sitting area is very nice! The water fountains are pretty! The plants are nice and restful to look at. Very nice cafe area to enjoy sitting at the tables having a drink from the bar after enjoying looking at the artwork. It is very nice that there is a private suite for the sims who run the Gallery. The grey,white and black colours of the suite areas is very nice.

As part of Drifter Challenge house number 10 we are allowed to place a spa on Pique Hearth in Willow Creek so here is one I enjoyed creating there. A traditional style build with contemporary interior design with rear garden and upper balcony. Reception area, gym, meditation rooms and WCs are on the ground floor with yoga studio, massage and treatment rooms on the upper floor. There is a basement with swimming pool, bar, sauna and shower rooms
Peace Lily Spa is a very beautiful spa for sims to enjoy visiting! The exterior design, windows, tower is lovely! Very pretty flowers either sides of front door. The type of doors used is very nice! Very lovely furnishing and layout of the interior! The reception desk area with computer table to check-in at is very nice. Very nice gym area with patterned walls! Sims will enjoy using the fitness equipment there, and the seating is nice along the corner walls. Very beautiful meditation room! The white curtains, patterned floor print, wood flooring are very nice! Sims will enjoy meditating there in the sunlight. Very nice outdoors dining and bbq patio! Sims will enjoy cooking and dining in the outside air.It is very nice that there is both an outdoors pool and a very nice basement pool with pretty lotus flowers on the base! Very nice basement bar area with a great black and white color scheme ! The curved bar counter is great! Sims will enjoy sitting at the tables having a drink or enjoy playing darts or ping pong. Very lovely sauna, yoga and masaage areas! The hot tub and loungers balcony is very nice!

This is the tenth house for the Drifter Challenge, a mediterranean family home created in Oasis Springs. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, open plan living areas, front porch, rear bbq deck plus outdoor gym, swimming pool and kids play area
Casita Bonita is a beautiful Mediterranean family home! Very nice exterior design, and the stone textured wall areas with the arch planter box windows are very nice! The outdoors living sitting area on the front porch is very nice for sitting in the outdoors air. Very lovely furnishing of the interior! The blue, grey and white colours are very nice! The open layout of the kitchen, dining and living room areas is very nice. Very nice living room area with sofa, armchair and cute animal chair for families to enjoy watching tv together near the fire. The patterned orange floor rugs adds to the great look of the area! The dining snd kitchen areas, and stone walls look very nice. Very lovely furnishing of the kids, teen and master bedrooms! The curtains are veey nice and great layout . The outdoors dining and bbq patio is lovely! Sims will enjoy cooking on the patterned grill snd eating meals at the table in the outdoors air. The alternating black and white colored chairs and high chair are very nice, Very nice pool area! Sims will enjoy relaxing poolside on the loungers under the umbrella shade. It is nice there is a kids pool there also,Sims will enjoy using the gym equipment to keep fit, and kids will have fun playing on the monkey bars,
