A while ago I created Sea Mist for @deadncrispy who recently asked if I'd adapt it for Sulani with a few changes here and there. Of course I agreed and came up with Ocean Mist, a modern villa with boats and floats. There are six bedrooms and five bathrooms, open plan living areas, an office and a playroom. There is a bbq deck, lounge and bar balconies plus a front porch
The updated version of Sea Mist is so very lovely! It is very nice that it is now on stilts and is over the water! The tropical island beach colour scheme is very nice! Very lovely deck, front porch and balcony areas! Sims will enjoy relaxing there on the sofas, armchairs and loungers in the sunshine and sea air. They will enjoy cooking on the bbq and dining outdoors at the table, enjoy sitting having a drink, and enjoy playing or listening to guitar music. The balcony area with the seating and patio lamp heater is very nice and would have such very nice ocean views! Very nice hot tub pergola! Sims will enjoy relaxing in the tub. The furnishing of the interior is very lovely! The yellow colour of the seating gives such a very lovely look and feel to the rooms! The colour schemes and design of the bedrooms are very lovely! They each are very nicely furnished! The beach themed pictures in the bedrooms are very nice. Very nice design and layout of the kitchen! The tropical fruit bowls on the dining tables in the kitchen and dining rooms are special touches. Very lovely dining room! Sims will enjoy listening to stereo music whilst eating a meal. They will have very nice ocean views through the windows. The screenshot you have taken with the moon over the water through the windows is very beautiful! Very lovely lounge area! Sims will enjoy listening to or playing piano music, have fun playing the llama tabletop game, and enjoy resting on the seating looking at the restful fish tank and cheery sunny sunflowers.

Built on a 64x64 lot in Brindleton Bay there are 10 bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms including butlers quarters, separate Master and Mistress rooms adjoined by an ante-chamber, toddler room, nursery with adjoining nanny's quarters, childrens room and three guest rooms. On the ground floor is a Ladies chamber, Gentlemans lounge, conservatory, library, study, kitchen, living and dining rooms plus ballroom and the basement houses the Victorian swimming pool. There is a secret sceance chamber in the tower as well as a science lab and observatory as well as an arts and crafts room. Many outdoor areas including Mausoleum, graveyard with underground crypt, gazebo, kids play and bbq patio
Wlofstone Heights is such a very, very lovely and beautiful home! It is so very, very detailed! There are so many lovely rooms, and indoors and outdoors areas, and they have all been designed and furnished so very well! I have very much enjoyed looking at your photos of them and our sims will be so delighted to live there! The exterior architecture is so very lovely, special and grand! Very lovely and great outdoors areas with Sims to enjoy spending time outdoors in the air. Kids will have fun playing outdoors, The patterning of the interior walls, layout of each room, and the colours are so very lovely! Very nice and restful conservatory, the inside swimming pool is very nice, the walls of bookcases in the library looks very great , and the furnishings and design of each of the ten bedrooms is so very lovely! It is so very special that there is both a masters suite and a mistress’ suite! It is very nice there is a nanny’s room attached to the nursery! Very nice arts and crafts room!

Sunsetter is a very lovely home for Sulani! The exterior design, roofing, wall texture and colour, and plants either sides of the door are very nice. The tropical plants, flowers, hedging and trees are very nice in the build. Nice sitting areas on the front porch and Sims will enjoy playing the guitar in the outdoors air. Very nice open plan layout and furnishing of the interior! The patterned floor rug adds a special look to the room. Very nice sofa and armchairs sitting area where Sims can enjoy resting there on the seating around the circular coffee table watching tv and having a drink from the bar. The kraken statue looks great on the table and the new curtains are pretty on the windows. The fish bowl is a restful touch. Sims will also enjoy sitting on the stools at the bar having a drink and tropical fruit from the bowl. Very nice dining table corner nook. Very lovely and restful deck area! Sims will enjoy resting in the sunshine on the loungers and enjoy listening to sims playing the violin. The sunflowers are a sunny touch. It is a lovely deck for cooking on the bbq and eating food at the picnic table in the sea air. They will enjoy painting on the easel looking at the sea view. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! They look so calming and restful! Very nice colours! The teddy is cute in the kids room! They will enjoy playing with the dollhouse. The island beach picture is a nice touch on the master bedroom wall. Very nice corner computer desk nook in the other bedroom. The wall colour and patterns, and floor rugs, in the bedrooms are very nice.
It is a very nice family home for Sulani!
